I have a teen daughter who tried to make her own Boutonniere and Bouquet for her Prom. You know, to make it more "special". She failed. She told me 2 days before Prom she needs BOTH because she told her date's mom to cancel his Bouquet order. Luckily, I have used Faith Designs in the past and was blown away with not only their customer service but the quality of their product. I'm picky. Especially when it comes to flowers. All I had to do was give them the color of my daughter's dress. Both the Boutonniere and Bouquet were beautiful. So much so that other parents were taking pics of her Bouquet. It looked that good! My best friend sent me flowers from California and The flower delivery guy called me to let me know they're at my front porch he was very friendly and he even left dog treats for my dog who is barking behind the door. I didn't get the flowers for about four hours because I wasn't at home however, when I came home I was pleasantly surprised to see a beautiful arrangement sitting on my doorstep. I'm so torn writing this review. I thought this was going to be a great flower shop, but unfortunately I can't rate it 5 stars. My experience with the shop started off great. I ordered a flower arrangement from their website, and the owner called to confirm that the arrangement was made of silk flowers, not real ones. I totally missed that in the description, and I was so grateful that she called to make sure. She then offered to make a very similar arrangement made of fresh flowers, and I thought we were good to go. The flowers were scheduled to be delivered on May 8 for Mother's Day. I received a picture of the arrangement around 1pm that day, and they looked lovely. At 6:55pm, I received an e-mail saying the flowers had been delivered. After about an hour, I hadn't heard anything from my mom, so I reached out to my dad to see if they'd received them, and he said no. They'd been home all evening, and no one had delivered or left flowers. I called the shop and left a voicemail, asking someone to call me back. I also sent an e-mail requesting the same thing. I understand it was after hours, so I wasn't surprised to not receive a call back immediately or even the next day. My dad texted me and said the flowers were finally delivered at 10:45pm. Whoever delivered them rang the doorbell, startling my parents awake. By the time my dad got downstairs to the door, the person was driving away. I still haven't received a call from the owner explaining what happened. I have two theories. One is that they sent off the delivery confirmation e-mail to make it seem as though they were delivered earlier than they were, and then they finally got to the house at 10:45pm. If this was the case, I'm glad they were delivered in time for Mother's Day, but delivering flowers that late at night is unprofessional. My other guess is that they delivered the flowers to the wrong address and that person kindly brought the flowers over when they discovered the mistake. Like I said, my dad didn't get to interact with the person who finally dropped the flowers off, so we're not sure what happened. Bottom line is the flowers were beautiful, but delivery was terrible and the customer service ended up being disappointing as well. read more

I used this florist because the venue for my wedding recommended them. (I'm from out of state so I didn't know any local florists.) I talked to Vicky on the phone and she assured me she could get the lavender colored lisianthus that I wanted as the main component of my bouquet. Instead I arrived to find deep purple, tired looking flowers for my bouquet, a cake topper also in deep purple, and a boutonniere with a small lavender flower, not lisianthus. Not at all what I ordered and she said she could deliver. I didn't see the email pix she sent a few hours before the wedding because I was busy getting ready, but she said nothing about them being the wrong color, only that she couldn't get any rosemary to use as greenery, which was the absolute least concern. Too late then to do anything even if I had seen them. No attempt to contact me saying she didn't get the flower I had ordered, or to apologize and ask what I wanted to substitute with. She just sent over that mess and I guess figured I wouldn't notice. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. read more

I received an arrangement from Faith Designs from my sister for my 60th birthday. Within 2 days some of the flowers were dying. I had changed the water and recut the stems but still some of the flowers were on their last legs. I called Faith's and explained the situation but the woman I spoke to said she couldn't help me but would have the owner call me. She never returned my call. Obviously she doesn't care about a satisfied customer. I am very disappointed and feel badly that my sister and brother-in-law wasted money with this business. read more

Faith Designs Florist delivered and FTD bouquet I ordered for my daughter to be delivered after her scary surgery. I ordered the Light of my Life bouquet consisting of carnations, fuchsia, lavender and lilies in the largest size for $63 plus tax, plus delivery for a total of $93+. What was delivered was the smallest bouquet of red daisies in a cheap glass bowl. The arrangement I ordered was orange, pink, and lavender. The arrangement they felt was comparable was tones of red, all the same flowers. It was horrible! If they didn't have the flowers for the arrangement I ordered, they should have given the order to another florist. I called FTD customer service right after the delivery in the morning and they agreed to resend the arrangement. But nothing happened-no arrangement, no call, nothing-the entire day. DO NOT USE FTD OR THIS FLORIST! What they have done is called fraud. I have pictures. read more

This florist was hired for our wedding to provide the bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, mother's corsages and the boutineers for the groom, father of the bride and the groomsmen. Unfortunately, the flowers were delivered without myself or my wife being notified that they were there. Once my wife saw the flowers, she immediately contacted the florist to let them know that the bride's bouquet was wrong.They sent someone out to correct the mistake but this was only the beginning of the problems. The boutineer for the father of the bride was broken and could not be used, the grooms boutineer was not as ordered and consisted of 2 rose petals and a callas petal. The bridesmaid bouquets were awful, not completed as ordered and the mother's corsages were made with roses so heavy that they had to remove them for fear of tearing their dresses. We went in to speak with the owner and she would only tell us how wrong my wife was and how right she was in making this order. Not a very good business woman in terms of listening to her customers. We decided that suing her will be our only option as she is impossible to deal with. She also refused to give us a copy of her notes that were made when my wife gave her the instructions of exactly what every item should look like for the wedding. I could not honestly refer this business to anyone. read more
