Keep in mind, I'm the ONLY person who ever cleans my house but I wanted the entire place 'spick & span' before the kids got back home. Mind you my house don't even be dirty. It be dirty to me & clean to other ppl. So anyways when she first got here, I was like, "oh she black, I can support a black owned business at a time like this." We went over her prices, i told her i wanted the DEEP CLEAN which is $200 and a extra $25 to fold my clothes. Im like ok cool and I was gone give her $250 total cause I was excited about this right . So she called her husband & told him she needed help. She already seemed like she didnt wana be there So blah, im staying out the way. She goes to the kitchen, ask me if the dishes in the dishwasher were clean. I told her yes. Then she ask me to come put them up so she can put the dirty ones in there umm ok cool, I do it. Then I go upstairs & im watching tv . I hear the lady downstairs complaining to her husband . i heard her say "ohh lord" he said whats wrong . She said "this one i should of said no to" He gone say, "I told you" I paused the tv so i can continue to be nosey. So then she calls me. "Patty" I yell down "yes." She asked me if I wanted the refrigerator cleaned...like shelves and wiped down and such, which is part of the deep cleaning. "Yes I do" THEN (yall aint gone believe this) she asked me to take everything out of the fridge so she can clean it, then she wants me to put it all back then do the same for the freezer. NO MA'AM ‼ i said just wipe around it and do what you can. As far as the rest of the cleaning, it wasnt to my satisfaction. My Dvds upstairs wernt straightened up, the dressers in my bedroom looks exactly the same as it did before Kristy came. There was even a empty paper plate left on the dresser. There was still stuff left on the kitchen counter that I had use that morning & she loaded the dishwasher but didnt even start it. Even though i only use the dish washer for drying. To say the least, that was definitely not worth the $225 that i paid.
