They provided me with some suggestions during my time of grief (one fewer thing I had to try to focus on), created a fitting piece for the service, did so in such a timely manner, and also managed to offer a very fair price IMHO. Fast forward to 2022, and I'm disappointed, took the same saxophone in to get a few problems fixed and a quick once over, played this instrument almost everyday for 5 years and knew it inside and out, was billed for work that I had no idea was needed/problems that never were a problem for me. The best part is the only problem I knew was present wasn't fixed, I mean you come here expecting your instrument to be fixed. To add insult to injury, my brother needed a simple fix on his sax, it was returned broken after something was knocked around and never checked to make sure everything was working.
