I wish that the initial call went better, but I am happy with the ending. We told Schrams that we were wanting something black and white to match the kids prom attire. They had the boutineer ready in plenty of time. When my daughter picked up the boutonniere staff were attentive and pleasant. The negatives: This is a rather sad, small, plain boutonniere. With a $25 price tag I would expect more than two miniature roses. There is no black on this boutonniere. We were expecting a small ribbon or something to jazz up the boutonnière. We have purchased Boutonnieres from other floral shops, and always had something a little more special. I am not sure if the simplicity of this boutonniere and the lack of detail is due to the amount of prom orders right now and they got overwhelmed, or if someone just phoned it in on this particular order. I was underwhelmed to say the least. Next time I place an order I'll be a bit more specific and maybe even send a photo of what we have in mind. That being said, I will try them again in the future.
