I don't know what they put in it, i've never had a reaction like that to any skin care treatment before. I don't have sensitive skin, and my face has never had this many blemishes. It looks awful, and it was really disappointing because I did it right before my vacation. I wouldn't recommend the face sugaring, especially for first timers- also its not gonna take ALL the hair you want out but rather about 80%, there are spots on my face that the sugaring couldn't get so it's not worth the price. However, I give it 2 stars overall for their service and the leg waxing, which turned out pretty well.

Spoke directly to Amanda, the owner who was delightful, I told her I had booked into an available time for full facial IPL laser and plan to book another day for face and neck as there was no availability, she said if I wanted she would be happy to do it all at my appt as I was the last appt of the day! I showed up 15 min early and completed paperwork and a consult w/ Amanda who reviewed my skin, expectations and post treatment care. Her office and treatment rooms were beautiful and clean, her equipment also spotless and well organized. She completed the treatment and it was obvious she knew her stuff and her equipment well.
