We ordered a sympathy arrangement for a funeral this past week. We looked at their website and chose the one we wanted. We arrived at the flower shop and spoke to Fred. He knew the address to the funeral home by memory. He took special care, made suggestions, and gave us an idea of the size of the flower arrangement. We weren't sure of some of the funeral specifics but were able to call a day later with the specific information even though Fred had already called the funeral home on his own. The arrangement arrived on time and was absolutely beautiful. The flowers were lovely and the arrangement was an expression of care and love. I tend to make most purchases online and just before submitting my order I said "you know what, let me call and see if they prefer me to place my order directly over the phone or online?" Well I called and whom I assume was the owner, a gentleman was great! He told me that the arrangement I saw online is actually pretty small and he suggested another arrangement with better flowers for the same cost. The only down side to that is that I couldn't see it but he assured me it was much better than what I was ordering. So May 2nd I place a online order for 2 dozen long stem roses for my wife. Our Anniversary is May 3rd so I set up delivery for that day. When I called the next day to verify my order, they couldn't even find it. I was freaking out! Finally after the owner calling his online company they found my order and my flowers were delivered. So today is May 7th, and all my roses have wilted! I watered them and have cared for them and the have all died. Never in my life have I purchased roses that have died so quickly. I called the owner to explain what happened and that I wanted a refund, I pent $142 on roses they should at least last a week!!! He was not understanding and very rude, he did not return my money. My sister's and I were busy planning my Mom's 70th surprise Birthday party. On the day of her birthday we realized we had forgotten to order her flowers. As we were talking about the flowers there was a knock at the door. It was a delivery man with a beautiful arrangement of flowers for Mom from a dear friend. We (my sisters and I) did not have a regular place to order flowers, i was just going to check the website for the closest place. But after seeing the beautiful arrangement I took the card that was attached and found that Bella Flor had made the arrangement. I had to have them make Mom's arrangement for us. We were not disappointed. First, when I called I asked If it was possible to have the flowers delivered the same day, they said it was no problem. I explained about the flowers that my Mom had just received and they new exactly what I was talking about and that they would do something different but just as spectacular. They did just that, it was a huge beautiful arrangement with pink roses, white orchids and an assortments of white and pink flowers. My Mom loved the flower arrangement, she wanted all her pictures to be taken with the flowers. She called her neighbors to come see the flowers her daughter's and grandson's had given her. Needless to say she was very happy. She watered the flowers every day. Those flowers lasted her ten (10) days. I want to thank Bell Flor for the beautiful flowers and the fast delivery.
