Mother's day was coming up and the honey and I decided to set up deliveries of flowers for our mothers. I looked into highly rated flower boutiques with websites you could order from (more challenging than you would think) and he took a look to see which bouquet he liked best. Ordering was simple, we received an email confirmation of the delivery, and she received the beautiful bouquet without a hitch. While the flower arrangement had really only a passing likeness to what we ordered (different box, mostly different flowers) it was beautiful. The white, pink, and orange flowers were gorgeous. In speaking to another florist, certain flowers are currently very hard to source with the pandemic, so personally we didn't mind the change - she loved the final product. I purchased the femininity bouquet for Mother's Day, and the bouquet she received was not what I ordered. I'm incredibly disappointed having paid nearly $200 for it, and neither the box nor the flowers were the same as the ones pictured on your site. I specifically ordered this bouquet because my mom loves the pink roses with the green edges, NOT red roses, and the grey box on the website is much more chic than the cotton candy pink one she received. The flowers are still nice, and they were delivered the next day so I still give them three stars. I understand this is a difficult time for everyone, but I've ordered from them in the past for my parent's 40th anniversary and I expected much better. They may do a great job but I will never to business with them, ever. What makes this matter most frustrating to me is that I called them. I asked them about a particular flower I wanted. They said they have it, great I told them, I will be on my way. Made arrangements with other vendors and got here on a Thursday, right at 4pm and guess what; they're closed. Are you kidding me! I'm not upset about them closing if it's listed on yelp but yelp is telling me their opened until 7pm. Seriously. I thought I had enough time. Spent close to $400 and was going to spend around another $150-$300 here on Paeonias. Here's a tip to you guys. No information is better than wrong information. From the previous review I can see this is not the first time. Why haven't you guys fixed this? Update your hours. So lazy in not doing that. Hope you guys go out of business.
