Maybe this is not what they usually do , just caught on bad day but still each customer can only go by their own experience and when you are paying that kind of money you expect a nice bouquet. But not behind the scenes or in the details. Do not count on them for budget management. They allowed a tent floor installation that led to falls and broken glass. They left areas unprepared for guests. They wasted money on displays that fizzled or flopped. They had no response to rain besides - "Do you have a Swiffer we can borrow." The event happening over a large space included no communications (standard practice). They were asked to solve for safety on steps and dropped the ball. Use them for pretty flower arrangements but not to arrange lifetime events. Too much risk. Not value for money.

Florist Paul was great and helped me on the phone and knew exactly what I wanted from my description. He assured me they would be special and delivered on time even though there was a blizzard coming their way. I didn't hear from my daughter on the delivery day and I called the floral dept. the next day to find out what happened. The security guard at her work sent them back to the other location where she use to work. Hy-Vee went out of their way to correct the issue even though they were not responsible. I spoke with florist Amy several times and she was so nice and very helpful. The beautiful arrangement was delivered within hours to my daughter. I try to be understanding but when I tried several times to get answers and none back that is disappointing. I get we all make mistakes but communicating is key when a mistake happens.
