I live in San Diego so finding a flower shop to send my friend sympathy flowers for her father's passing seemed a little daunting. But I found Bella & loved what I saw so I called them & they were able to accommodate me even though I was ordering the day before I wanted the arrangement delivered! There was a small miscommunication & during a busy Saturday I didn't know if my flowers had been delivered. I reached out to them through Instagram on Sunday (a day they are closed) to see if they could confirm the delivery. Not only did they respond immediately and confirm + let me know the details of my delivery. They took it a step above and offered to bring a complimentary arrangement to the memorial service for the miscommunication. I am so humbled by their generosity and professionalism, it truly means the world to me & my family that they would go out of their way to do something so meaningful and special. I was told I would have to pay more for a full arraignment since I only paid $90 $120 after all the fees. fine I get that you pick your own pricing but then my mom never even got her ballon that I paid extra for and the lady on the phone blamed it on the receptionist and said maybe they let the balloon go! Lol funny bc my sister is the one who grabbed the flowers from the delivery person and she wouldn't lie over a $6 ballon. Ordered a bouquet of sunflowers for someone dear to me who's going through a hard time. I called around 5pm the day they were supposed to be delivered as it was getting late & I was worried something happened. He was flexible multiple times when we changed our minds about adding and subtracting flowers. I would like to give a good review but I don't know what was sent or even if they made it. My husband and I spent $400.00 for a wreath for a memorial service for members of his staff who tragically lost their mother. We were not allowed to attend the service because of limited people for Covid. Blake was very nice and promised to text me a photo before it was delivered. I hope it was made and sent. When I called to ask for a photo there was no answering machine to take my after hours call and no email at all. I am very disappointed and very stressed that maybe it did not get done. Due to Covid I had assumed they would be extra sensitive to their clients. read more

I hired Blake for my wedding this past October and let me tell you, it was stunning! I did not give him much to work with aside from wanting only greenery for everything, but no eucalyptus. He worked with my mother, sisters, and I to come up with something custom. He suggested to use Italian Ruscus garlands to run down the farm tables we rented and some pops of these small white flowers for the arrangements. We last minute added an arch for our ceremony and he created an arch arrangement the day of with no reference photo! I was in shock (in the best way!). He created my bouquet, my bridal party's bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages for our mothers, alter and aisle arrangements, the table garlands, and the daintiest crown for my youngest sister to wear. The bouquets had the loveliest black velvet ribbon draping from them as well. I could not be happier with how beautiful my florals turned out, it was more perfect than anything I could have envisioned. On top of the beautiful work, the customer service at Bella's and the pricing is excellent! I would most definitely recommend Bella's to any bride. :) read more

Blake was amazing from the start! I cant imagine a more talented florist and shop. Our flowers at our wedding were stunning and exactly how I imagined them to be. He listened to me and was always checking in on what I wanted or pictures of flowers he had ideas for. He was reasonable and fair in his pricing. He let me bring in my own boxes for the center pieces and did the most incredible job setting up on site for our ceremony arch. The bouquets were huge and stunning. I called midday asking for a pink flower mix and hoping they could deliver to her office during business hours.
