Even when unexpected issues arose (as they always do with events), Meg navigated them with grace and professionalism. Everything within her control was flawlessly executed, and we were able to fully enjoy the day knowing she had everything handled. We've had countless guests tell us it was the best wedding they've ever been to--and we couldn't agree more. So much of that is thanks to Meg's talent, dedication, and steady hand.

Those early months felt supported and guided, and we appreciated how she helped us lay the groundwork for our year-long planning journey, as well as helping us try to get the best 'bang for our buck'. We chose the middle-tier gold planning package, which meant she was with us throughout the entire year. Looking back, we felt that the middle portion of planning was quieter than expected, with long stretches of minimal communication or updates. Because of that, we honestly think couples who prefer lighter involvement might have a better experience with her "month-of" package, since that seems to align more naturally with the areas where she was the most active and present. As we approached the final stretch, things became a bit more stressful. The timeline was finalized later than expected and included several mistakes, which made us feel uneasy heading into the wedding week. At the rehearsal, it felt like some key details we had clarified earlier didn't fully carry over, leading to some confusion. We also often felt like our requests were met with hesitation rather than collaboration or compromise, which added to the pressure of those final days. Instead of a "that sounds great, let's see how we can make that work!", a lot of our ideas were met with a "here's what I think we should do instead." With our package, she does have a full google sheets planner, that you are responsible for filling out (understandably so). However, it felt as though these were prioritized over actual communication. For this reason, looking back I think the 'month-of' contract would've been maybe a better fit and a planner guide could be purchased on etsy. All of that said, we want to acknowledge that on the actual wedding day, she was very helpful and very present, and we ended up having a truly beautiful wedding. We're grateful for the effort she put in, especially early on, and we know she has strengths that many couples will appreciate. With more consistent communication throughout the full planning period, a bit more attention to detail in the end stages, and appreciating and compromising on the couples ideas, we think future clients could have a better experience.

We first spoke to Katie for an initial call and she was really knowledgable and friendly that I was sad to hear we would be working with another coordinator, but Emily happily jumped on a call to ease any worries I may have had. We went with the Month of Coordination service which allowed us to do most of the planning ourselves (most of our vendors were locked in early on, but MB provides a lovely list of vendors they've worked with in case it's needed). Emily had us fill out a very detailed questionnaire (you can tell they know what they're doing with the questions being asked) and went over every detail with us, including areas we were still figuring out. She was available for any questions I had as well leading up to the day, made sure to reach out to all of our vendors with the master timeline, and even provided some guidance for my cousin that was officiating for the first time. A big bonus is how many weddings they've coordinated at Walnut Grove that they're very familiar with the venue and the folks from Command Performance Catering. Emily led us through rehearsal the day before and made sure the actual wedding day went smoothly. She made it possible for us to focus on enjoying the day with our friends and family, but still keep on schedule with her gentle reminders.

We held our wedding at Walnut Grove and it was clear that Emily knew what she was doing, especially at that venue! I am definitely a more anxious bride and had many questions, emails, texts. Emily responded to each one with so much grace and expertise. Wedding planning can be isolating at times because there is so much to do - but I really felt like I had a partner in Emily. She was so responsive and enthusiastic! Her excitement and calm attitude carried me in moments I wanted to give up wedding planning altogether. On our wedding rehearsal - our bridal parties all remarked at how pleasant yet professional Emily was. She really made sure everyone knew what they were doing. Which was especially difficult because we had a bridal party of about 20+ people! On the day of the wedding, we had very strong winds (at an all outdoor venue) and I was blissfully unaware of the chaos occuring. But Emily and her assistant Katie handled the situation so well. Whenever Emily checked in with me regarding things that were not going to plan, she had so much confidence and peace that it was easy for me to make quick decisions. I can really say I was present throughout the wedding, and focused on getting married! Everything else, Emily handled so beautifully. From start to finish, Courtney was an absolute delight to work with. She is incredibly organized, kept every detail and every person on track with ease, and did it all with such warmth, kindness, and positivity. She truly is a bright light. I am definitely not someone who was born to plan parties, so having Courtney to bounce ideas off of and guide us through the planning process took an enormous weight off my shoulders. My mom passed away a few years ago and I was afraid to plan a wedding on my own, but Courtney became more than a planner she became my friend. She made every decision feel manageable and always made us feel confident that everything was under control. On our wedding day, I never once felt stressed or overwhelmed. Every detail was executed flawlessly, and I was able to be completely present for every special moment instead of worrying about logistics. Seeing everything come together so beautifully was beyond anything we could have imagined, and that was all thanks to Courtney's incredible work behind the scenes. I also want to mention our DJ Brian (who we were able to hire alongside Courtney in a contract together). He also deserves all the praises - there was not one moment where the dance floor wasn't filled and he was SUCH a talented DJ. The online program he used to help compile our song requests was so easy to use and he was so engaging the entire time with our guests. Thank you Brian! We are so happy we trusted you as our DJ, all our family and friends raved about you.  Not to be confused with our amazing DJ - I also would love to recommend DJ Catering. Doug and Courtney have worked together for years and their teamwork was flawless. I had so many people tell us after the wedding that it was the best wedding food they have ever had, by far. Since our venue did not provide any services, we hired all of our own vendors. 3LB was essential in ensuring everyone was coordinated and in place on the wedding day. Additionally, because we used their rental equipment, their staff ensured everything was set up exactly according to our instructions. I want to specifically highlight our wedding day coordinator, Jennifer. She was terrific and served as a calming influence throughout the day, ensuring everyone was where they needed to be. I cannot recommend Three Little Birds enough. To anyone considering their services: do yourself a favor and hire this team; you won't be disappointed.

    We had an unbelievably disappointing experience with 3 Little Birds for our chairs and linens…read morerentals during a corporate event. The team arrived almost an hour late, several seat cushions were visibly stained and even molded, the cushion covers were not all the same color we had asked for when booking, and some of their staff were rude to us. Members of our own team had to jump in to cover cushions, tie them to chairs, and set them up to attempt an on-time event start, despite having had many other things to take care of for the event. At one point, our own executive leadership, who had arrived to attend the event, were helping assemble chairs just to keep things moving. Post event, we expressed our extreme disappointment, and after some back and forth over the course of weeks, the company did acknowledge the issues and agreed to provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, despite months of follow-up and repeated assurances, it has now been over FIVE months, and the refund has still not been provided. I normally prefer to handle situations like this privately and give disappointing companies the benefit of the doubt. But the lack of follow-through and accountability has been incredibly frustrating here, so much time has been wasted with nothing to show for it. I am sharing our poor experience, complete with photos of how the rental items arrived, so others can make an informed decision when considering booking with this company.

We found Tiana through an IG ad, where she promoted Exotic Green Garden along with an all-inclusive wedding package at Lake Lindero Golf Course. The Exotic Green Garden IG page looked beautiful, and the package was within our budget, so we decided to reach out to learn more. Upon meeting Tiana, she was super friendly and honest about the costs, what can be personalized, and was patient in answering our many questions. We left the meeting feeling like we made a new friend, but still wanted to explore other options as she was the very first vendor we met in our wedding planning journey. After a week or so of reaching out to other florists, we decided that nobody could beat what Tiana offered, and her lovely personality was a huge plus. It was an easy decision to book Tiana as our florist, coordinator, and the wedding package for our wedding on October 4th, 2025 at Lake Lindero Golf Course. Leading up to our wedding, Tiana was very communicative with us every step of the way. It was so easy to reach her and hear back in a timely manner, whether it was through email, text, or a phone call. She was always ready to address our questions and concerns, and put our mind at ease. She even gave us suggestions on how to save money with our florals, which we truly appreciated. In addition to Tiana, we also worked with Adena (her sister) and Lance (her father and our officiant). We met Lance via FaceTime a few months before so he could learn about us, and he was so kind and funny that we knew he'd do a wonderful job making our ceremony go smoothly. He even had an additional call with us and sent reminder texts to make sure we were aware of what's needed for the day. We met Adena at our wedding rehearsal, where we learned she would be our day of coordinator instead. We were a little surprised since we thought Tiana would do this. But Adena re-assured us that she was familiar with the schedule and during the rehearsal, we were relieved to see how personable she was, and her professionalism matched that of Tiana and Lance, and we knew we were in good hands. On our wedding day, we received so many compliments from our guests on how much they loved the florals. We didn't see Tiana on our wedding day, but definitely felt how much love and care she put into them as they turned out beautiful, like exact replicas of our Pinterest photos. Several of our guests even snuck some away, which we didn't know till the end of the night lol! Our guests also praised Lance on how he conducted our ceremony and made it feel personable to us. Throughout the wedding, Adena constantly checked in on us to make sure we were hydrated, feeling ok, and keeping us informed about the schedule. She even jumped in to help cut a roast pig, which we did not expect her to do as we were expecting a specific guest to do it (who ended up not attending). We loved that Adena was so on top of everything the whole evening, while having a smile the whole time. We still reminisce about our wedding day, and how wonderful it was thanks to Tiana, Adena, and Lance. Even though it's been a few months, our guests still mention how lovely our wedding was, which makes us so happy to know that we chose a fantastic team. He listened to what we wanted but also offered his experience . For example, during planning, we were dead set on having a "last hour" EDM set, with a curated mix with mashups, remixes, edits, etc., but James graciously communicated that it's difficult in a wedding environment, as it's more about keeping guests dancing and engaged than "performing", as a EDM DJ normally would at a show or club. This was something we really appreciated. He was an absolute ace during the wedding ceremony and reception. As MC, he kept our guests involved, made announcements with grace and charisma, and masterfuly navigated different guests' (drunk) personalities during a game. As DJ - he played our requests but also took positive creative liberties to keep people dancing, all of which we appreciated. He is extremely professional and exudes good vibes all around! My mom, my now husband, and I KNEW we wanted him to DJ our wedding immediately after our first meeting. To begin, he came to the venue (backyard reception at my mom's home) months prior to the event and helped my mom figure out details like where the bar & bartender would be, where our grand entrance would be, whether she should get square or rectangle tables, where the food (buffet) was going to be served, where the dance floor was, etc. He essentially acted as a wedding coordinator as well as a DJ. Before the event we had a few conference calls with Mike to ensure we were all on the same page. I really really appreciated this because I'm a huge planner and I like to know exactly what's going on at all times. I didn't really have any worries at any point during the planning process because I just knew Mike would come through. He is truly amazing at what he does. The day of our reception, Michael kept the party going and just as I expected, everything went exactly as planned. The music, the lighting (he had some beautiful color changing lights that he scattered throughout the venue which came on at night, truly gorgeous), the energy, it was all just perfect.     WOW! Is all I have to say about Michael and this company…read more I inquired about a quote for a Dee Jay for my birthday party and sent a request through their site. Shortly after, Michael called me and we talked about my party and what I was looking for. I saw on the site, they also offer Photobooths so I asked if it was possible to make a slight change to the photobooth and personalize it a bit for my party and sure enough, they were able to accommodate! I booked a DeeJay and Photobooth package. I got directed to their client login site (awesome) and I was able to include music, change and edit the timeline and add special requests of music. That client site made it so easy to plan my party the way I wanted it to be. DJ Cali was my DJ, she showed up looking gorgeous for my fancy birthday and she was ready to hype up the party as needed. All the music I had asked for were played and during our special dance...the Dancing on Clouds added such an emotional touch to our heartfelt song. It was BEYOND BEAUTIFUL! Professional, Communicative, Efficient and Wonderful would be the best words to describe what you are paying for when You decide to book them for an event. It isn't always easy to come by, but when you have an opportunity to work with good people, you just do! I'm very happy with the way everything turned out.
