Both took th time to educate me on the mess of colors I had in my hair and suggested how they could fix it in the most cost effective way, what would be healthiest for my hair and wouldnt be such a long process. The second time around when she did my hair it was more blonde then I thought I was in a rush that day so she had me come back and did exactly what I want without a charge.
