When the receptionist came over , she asked me if I had an appointment and I said yes, to get my hair curled and she said we don't do that I was absolutely shocked because why am I here??! I proceeded to remind her verbatim of our call and she went to get another female and that female, Im assume shes a stylist but she never said who she was. She came and stared me down as she's walking up to these couches and she says whats the problem and again I reiterated my phone call to her and the receptionist LIED, ABSOLUTELY LIED TO HER BOSS and said she remembered the call and that she told me that the only stylist this day of my appointment uses a brush to create curls!!!! What in the world?!?! First and most importantly she NEVER said anything about a brush that curls being my only curling option! 2nd, a brush for curls? Really? Absolutely not. So the lady who never introduced herself said that she's worked with the receptionist for 3 years and im telling her she lied? I said, ABSOLUTELY SHE LIED. She then proceeded to tell me that she didn't believe me and to get up and leave!!!! Think critically for a second: why would I waste my gas time money and effort to go so far if i knew I wasn't getting what I asked for and needed?? Theres absolutely zero benefit for me in any of this. What an absolute disgrace to run a business in such a way that you call a customer a liar and kick them out! I did leave and I will NEVER BE BACK OR RECOMMEND SUCH A DISHONEST AND DISRESPECTFUL AND DISHONORABLE SALON! Thankfully and shout out to me to salon for getting me in 15 minutes later and doing an excellent job! Right away, Tarin welcomed me in and we started talking about solutions for my hair issues. She's absolutely one of the most educated and talented hair dressers I've ever been to in my life. She took the time to explain to me why my hair color was in need of some correction, and she kept the length in my hair, but completely reshaped it and it looks fantastic now!!
