My family and I came last Friday and was helped by Brittany and Travis and was drawn to return again today for some more purchases. We asked Brittany to hold some apparel for us and we went back for the purchase. Today we were greeted once again by the store manager Travis and Chino (professional and easygoing) as well as Cindy (kind and sincere). Travis is an amazing team leader. He ensures his staff stays on their toes delivering highest service but at the same time he creates a friendly atmosphere. We will continue to be regulars here even though it's a trek for us. It's worth the trip.

I was in the area and saw that they sold Stride Rite shoes so I went inside to check out their…read moreselection. I thought they had a decent selection of shoes for first walkers and even toddler walkers. The prices were reasonable compared to the other Stride Rite shoes stores. However, there were three associates working at the time that did not pay any attention to me or greeted me as I entered/exited the store. They were too busy amongst themselves so I was not impressed with the customer service.

Really makes me not want to shop there ever again and the owners are fine when they are selling but they get an attitude when you are returning. That is bad business. The place is much larger than expected from what you see outside - it just seemed to be cavernous to me. I found the rather large men's section to the right side of the store and headed in looking for the boat shoes. The selection of boat shoes was sparse - but the selection of every other type of shoe for a guy was outstanding. I really wasn't in the market for any other type of shoe though so I began to head back towards the front when I see a large selection of luggage. I have been traveling a lot lately and decide to take a look at what was available. After a few minutes of unzipping and unfolding a variety of different luggage types, I found a sweet combo set for a stupid low cost and headed off to pay. They also had men's accessories such as belts and wallets- in the event you need that sort of stuff. A pair of shoes that sells for $75 online is only about $25 here. They have great deals and also a wonderful clearance section.

Other locations have generous sized shoe sections, clothing sections, make up sections, etc, but unfortunately at this Marshalls, everything is too tightly cluttered and you won't find much...(unless you have time on your hands to straighten up the area you're browsing)

I've never bought a suit so we were pretty lost. Misha took over. My sons only requirement was "nothing fancy" Yes I would have loved him in a very stylish suit but he vehemently refused. Misha got it all together for him including shoes, belt, tie, shirts and even socks! We were extremely happy! She made it so much easier than we thought it was going to be. She even picked out a flashy tie to make me happy and my son gave the ok on it. All in all I can 100% recommend Karako and especially Misha. (No pics, sorry, he was just too embarrassed)
