Do NOT patron this store! It is supposed to be predicated on the finer things in life, and is owned and managed by blatant rudeness and unprofessionalism at the very start - not fine, nor acceptable at all! I had been given an appointment and was literally pushed out of the door upon entering, with hands full of boxes, by and before, Christine, owner, even looked at any items, which were prior discussed and agreed to. Instead of helping to open the door or take items off my hands as my arms were full, she threw a box of new shoes to the floor, declined immediately, and pushed my boxes to my chest and me out the door. I couldn't even get to the counter to alleviate the weight of what I was holding. Insults about my (new and up to the minute current) items not being good enough for Locust Valley clientele, followed. Selling luxury is not a substitute for decent human behavior and kindness! It deserves 0 stars, because I was literally not permitted to even enter. read more

Heard about this new consignment shop that opened up in locust valley and had to check it out. It is such a cute, bright colorful high end boutique. It doesn't even seem like the items are on consignment. I've been to many consignment shops and a lot of them are rundown, disorganized and look like everything is cheap and old. Not here! So refreshing..... The staff are extremely helpful and nice and really know their merchandise to make suggestions/make outfits in your size. Their merchandise is all very nice for very reasonable prices. I purchased beautiful black satin flats, a cute summer dress, a beautiful bagley mishka winter wool dress, some colorful bangles and a belt all for about 100. Ill definately stop in next time I'm in the area!! read more

Today was my very first time in the store and in the locust valley area. I'm so happy I came and may have found my new happy place:) Christine and Abby were so helpful today! I love that they bring suggestions to the dressing room and help put outfits together. Had a bad experience shopping here with my girlfriend. Poor selection of clothes and bags. Didn't get a friendly vibe from the salesgirl.

I have bought and sold a ton of items at this store over the years and always dismissed friends and family's comments about how they won't shop there again because of the snotty owner. Well today I got my first dose and I won't be going back. After buying a $38 button down shirt with the label missing I looked further to find out it was from Target. Nothing against Target but I have no need to buy used clothes from there. Well I went to return the item and was given more than an attitude, the owner said it was some name brand and when I showed her the tiny tag with the target logo her response was to remind me they don't take returns as she's huffing and puffing and asking for my receipt. She gave me such an attitude I took the shirt and said forget about it. BUYER BEWARE. We have a lot of choices where to spend our money and I for one, won't be spending mine there anymore. Good luck trying to pawn off cheap clothes for designer stuff. read more
