Okay so let me start off by saying that I am no expert when it comes to hair, and I had an open mind to what I was looking for. I went for a balayage look and received nothing but the best service for being a person who got their hair done professionally for the first time! Victorya (My stylist) was extremely careful and thoughtful during the session, making sure that what I was looking for was achieved and overall making me feel comfortable. I left the salon feeling confident and satisfied with the hair style! :D Although they don't receive many reviews, I know for a fact that I will be coming by more often for my hair styling needs. I had gotten very sick and was in the hospital for quite awahile, when i got iut i had the biggest knot in my hair for being in bed zo long, i went to Gabi to helo me get ut out, she spent iver 4 hiurs on my hair, was able to get most of it out to a ooint where i could at least get a decent haircut... Gabi and all the girls were so awesone. I had been going to Bella Luna for years , but than the girl left that did my hair. Daniel Mariscal is the "barber" at Bella Luna but ladies he also does women's hair and he is amazing! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because my appointment took about an hour longer than anticipated; however ladies if you have the time and want someone who is detail oriented, and trained in super modern and natural techniques I highly recommend him. My blonde came out beautiful! Sun kissed not streaky, blended well and so many pretty tones with so much depth. He did a dry cut too, which just naturally falls so pretty without having to style. I took my cousin for a hair style after she was done with her cancer treatment. Gaby took the time to ask questions, how her hair was, how she styled it and what she was looking for. She took her time and explained the style she was giving her and how to style her hair...... When I wanted to pay Gaby would not accept my money said it was on her. New to Patterson, and with my school year coming up, I was looking for someone to do my highlights so I was recommended to a stylist named GEO. I made my appointment, and the following week she had me in the salon. Not going to lie, I was a bit nervous because who wouldn't be when looking for a new stylist, but let me tell you she did a great job and I love my hair and get many compliments on it. GIO is amazing!!!! I went to her to get my hair cut and I love how she understood everything I wanted! I'm personally very picky with my cuts and she knew exactly how I wanted it! Geo cut my hair this morning and did a great job! I feel a lot better and the price was awesome!

I needed to get my haircut quick because I found out I had a job interview the next day. I looked online and this was one of the only reviewed salons. They were able to fit me in. The woman who cut my hair was named Leslie. Apparently there was another Leslie that used to work there but this isn't the same lady. I think she did a great job. She didn't try and talk me into anything and she listened when I told her what I liked. I have very fine straight hair and she was sensitive to my styling needs. Everybody in the salon was very nice and very helpful. My only hiccup was the parking lot. 2 spaces, everything else is on the street. With all the roundabouts in Patterson you could end up circling to park. read more

Ashley at Bella Luna is simply the best! She was recommended to me by my fiance who grew up going to her and I thoroughly enjoyed my haircut there. I brought in a picture of a hair color I wanted, which was very light, and walked out with black hair with red highlights. I was visibly upset and Gabby, the owner, told me it was bad lighting, she actually said that! So I went with Geo, who did the color, outside to search for the color I asked for .... still can't find it. She then went on to say I liked 'chunky patterns', I don't know what that has to do with bad hair color....she continued to make excuses for a bad dye job instead of showing ANY concern for how unhappy a returning client was...I was charged $145 and I said I would come back the following Saturday to have the color fixed. Gabby informed me the morning of my appt that she would be charging me to fix my hair. I already OVER paid for the very wrong color, now I have to pay more?? Horrible business owner. I've already paid for hair color, it's not my fault they can't do hair. read more

A few years back I nearly had to shave my head because of how bad Supercuts botched my haircut. Since then I have been very picky where to get my hair cut. After a few mounts I have found what would be be my permanent stylist. I have had my hair cut by each stylist at this establishment and they all do great work. I was introduce to one of the workers, Gabby, through my Mom. Great atmosphere, friendly people and reasonable prices...unlike that other place. read more
