Customer service: Other than their price their quality of customer service is what brought me back for a return purchase. They are friendly, knowledgeable and never seemed annoyed with questions and helping me. Last but not least, I simply prefer to purchase from a local business within my community versus Home Depot or other giant corporate stores.
