Were my nails pretty. Yes. Am I happy, no! The price on their board for an acrylic fill clearly says. $60/$70...why was I charged $102 for an acrylic fill? I was there two weeks prior and paid almost $200 for a full set and gel pedicure. I didn't want to cause a seen. I paid, and left without hesitation. I will never be back. I will be doing my nails at home from now on. Update 3/11/24 - the acrylic is already lifting and the skin around my fingers is raw from how much of nail is missing at the tip. Love Bella! The place is super clean and the staff is very attentive. I have been going here for a while but have yet to write a review. The pedicures are phenomenal. What's even better are the gel manicures. I always have such a good gel manicure there but recently had an amazing one by Jennifer. I gave her an inspo pic and she recreated it flawlessly. My nails feel strong and healthy. Each manicure includes a quick little massage and they always sucker me into getting a 10 minute massage because it's just so good! Visited this salon today after finding a $30 gift card, I had won at a tricky tray . I would've given the salon two stars for the UV Gel fill-in I received, however $68 is very overpriced for the service I was rendered . Another reason for the one star rating is the rudeness I experienced. Upon, starting to figure out what I needed, I asked questions . The two women that were there seemed confused and then proceeded to speak chinese and laugh while I was present making me feel very uncomfortable . Later, while doing my nails I questioned why the fill-in was looking empty and not filled in correctly, again more laughing and speaking in chinese. This time the laugh was a condescending laugh that all of the sudden stopped when I brought up writes up from Yelp and the bad reviews written about the establishment . Not good, won't return. Try being nice to people, it's not hard and it's good for business. read more

Excellent manicure and pedicure from Lucia who was friendly, professional, talented and quick. She made my tiny little nails that had just been mangled by another salon look amazing! Amazing pedicure that even included a few minutes of a great massage. Only giving 4 stars because the salon is a little pricey in my opinion - $43 for mani/pedi and I wish they had a larger color selection (I was looking for a more berry-ish dark color and a pumpkin/rust color for example), but it is quality! What a great experience !!! Especially the Swedish massage! Amazing massage strokes! The best hour of my life. All of my tightness on my back, arms and neck were relieved! I can definitely say it is the best I ever had! Initially, the plan was to get a mani and pedi but after a warm welcoming from the staff I was intrigued to learn about other services. I started on a massage chair where two wonderful ladies worked on my crusty toes and nails. Hehe. Both were very interactive and pleasant to speak to. I voiced my concerns at the beginning of my session and they offered me a few options and boy I had happy feet 30 minutes later. Because I was so happily delighted with my mani and pedi session, I requested a more challenging adventure. A massage! I had a choice - man or woman. I leave it up to your imagination in which one I chose. Hehe. For the most part, I have been to high end spas in NYC, jersey and even in Mexico City but always left more tense than where I started and unhappy, of course. The session starts in a small room with very dim lighting, therapeutic music and of course face down with only wearing underwear! The skillful individual started on upper body first and gradually maneuvered to lower body. After many strokes, a warm lotion was applied on my skin and it was divine! I felt like a queen. There was creativity and passion with each stroke, especially the inner thigh stretch and compression move. Clearly, this individual's objective was to make a great first impression but I was more than just impressed, I am now a fanatic !!!! read more

I came in on a Friday afternoon for a pedicure and was in and out within 35 minutes. They have a lot of chairs for pedicures and a crazy amount of color choices. I went with the "regular pedicure," since I wasn't really sure what the other options are, and was pretty happy with the service. They do the standard soak, foot and leg scrub and massage and for $25 as part of the "regular." I do wish they would spend maybe a little more time massaging because it seemed pretty quick. terrible. absolutely terrible, i came here to get my nails done in a crunch because i needed them done and had nowhere else to go, i don't know who did my nails but they are so bad. i asked for tips and instead of tips she gave me gel extensions, i specifically asked for tips because my nails react the best to those and they last the longest and that is not what she gave me. i asked for nails on the longer side and coffin, she gave me short nails and they are all different sizes and lopsided. i left the salon upset and told myself just to deal with it because i had just payed $100 for something that i really don't think was worth even $50. i haven't even had my nails for a full week and they have already all cracked and the top coat has came off several parts of the nails, and to make it better 4 of them have broken. mind you i haven't even had these nails for a week. and to make it even better she was filing my nails for at least an hour, i have cuts on some of my fingers from it. i do NOT recommend coming here and if i could go back in time i would NOT have EVER came here if i knew what was going to happen with my nails and how much i would have been charged for them. read more

This is literally the worst salon I have ever been to in my entire life. I have never met an owner or manager who refuses to let you just have gel nail polish taken off for 5-7 dollars but instead insists you have to pay 17 as it is part and parcel with receiving a manicure. I didn't want a manicure, I wanted to get gel nail polish taken off. I have never encountered a more blue collar salon behaving as it was situated within the SLS hotel. I've been trying to find a good nail salon a bit closer to me, and it's a mission. I went here because of all the good reviews I had, but it honestly wasn't awesome. A bit pricy at 37 dollars for a mani and pedi, but I got 5 off for first time customer so it was 32. Now I get the saying you get what you pay for, but where I used to go (which is a bit of a haul for me) it's 25 and they do an amazing job. I have the say the mani, that was done by the owner, was subpar, as you can see by the pic. The pedicure wasn't terrible, but it wasn't awesome either. The foot rub was ehhh. For the price, I was expecting an awesome experience that I didn't get. I'll stick to just driving to where I used to go that further away. read more

I came here with my wife who is pregnant and who decided to sit out the pedicure session mystifying both me and the owner. The owner immediately approached my wife in the sitting area and making sure that she was ok and feeling well. She kept an eye on me and the timing of my reflexology and then called a member of the staff to come to my wife and give her a 20 minute back massage so we will finish at the same time. I am blown away!! I had wanted to this to be a relaxing time for us both since we got to drop the baby off with her grandma and it was almost not the case. I could not be happier that out of the box thinking allowed us both to find some relaxation and you bet your ass we are coming back here! read more

Love this place. You're never rushed. Best part is it's actually kid friendly. If you're a mom you know how hard it is to make the kids wait but they have a section towards the back with toys and tv/movies just for the little ones. So I went because I found a groupon deal that clearly states $59 for mink or silk. They 'upgraded ' me to their natural one because it was what I wanted but they didn't tell me it was $40 dollars more. I felt pressured to buy that one and because I was desperate to get them done that day I went , I okayed it. Getting to the front desk and being told the lash service was $100 was ridiculous. First of all I've gotten my lashes done in 45 mins with the same results. This took almost two hours to get done. I appreciate that they were able to squeeze me in on short notice and the lash work was ok (lash tech was super sweet too) but the change of price was a bit ridiculous so watch out and clearly ask what they are charging you. The owner knew everyone's name that walked in the door which was also impressive. I have been to nail salons where they would not even acknowledge a person waking in. She seemed as though she was very interested in me, asking questions about me. Everyone smiled and seemed very inviting. As a college student they were a little expensive but that was because my nails were extremely bad condition. I honestly didn't have enough for a tip but hopefully they understand this one time. One technician assured me that the cost would be much less on my next appt. Yes more than one person was filing my nails but for me I don't mind. Go here a few times a year with my mom since they're close to my parents' house where I grew up. Ownership seems to have changed since my first visit in 2014 (in my opinion for the better). Pretty friendly and attentive service. I usually make a same-day appointment (usually 30-60 minutes before I want to go). I usually get side-by-side pedis with my mom and they've always been really good about letting us chat with each other and not being intrusive. Came here for a manicure and it was disappointing. They don't soak your nails which is very odd and the woman who did my nails didn't ask if I preferred my cuticles to be cut or pushed back. I thought they did an excellent gel manicure but I'm very disappointed in the pedicures. For some reason my nail polish chips a few days afterwards & that never happens to me anywhere else I've gone. I used an OPI nail polish they had both times but still the polished chipped after a few days. I will not go back for pedicures. read more
