He made sure the massage chair was on and I was comfortable. I liked how the color turned out on my toes and he painted them neatly. After he was finished he turned my massage chair back on and told me to relax while my toes dried. I also noticed two signs posted on the built-in cabinets "Regular pedicure minimum 25 minutes" so they are aware of what used to be an area of improvement for them, have taken action, and fixed it. My pedicure was around 30-35 minutes. I'm glad I gave this shop another chance.

The technician was extremely careless and allowed hot wax / harsh chemicals to directly burn my eye lids resulting in chemical/thermal burns to my eyelids .Immediately after the service, I experienced severe pain, redness, blurred vision, tearing redness and oozing this morning. This is an unacceptable lack of safety protocols, hygiene, and professional training. Getting a cosmetic service should never result in a medical emergency. Not to Mention how management responded, When I brought this to the manager's attention, they were dismissive and refused to take responsibility. Once I advised them I was turning them in to BBB they all the sudden started texting me " Don't turn us in it will hurt my business" I asked what the temp of the wax and the brand used he was unable to tell me all I got was " low, Med, high on the settings "Maybe she had it up to high." that is not what I had asked him. the only thing he was worried about is if I was turning the business in. The owner was not worried that a customer was injured during a service at his business.

The shape is messed up, the French is uneven and extremely thick, and I just wasted 2 hours for these less than mediocre nails. I was asked many times if I was okay or to say "it won't be much longer"; which I appreciated.
