My photo session was in April and I paid in full in advance. I approved all photos and album details months ago, but I still have not received my photo package. I have called many times and been given repeated promises that my package would be shipped "on Monday," but it never happens. The staff and manager say the order appears complete in the system, yet no tracking number and no delivery. Very poor communication and unprofessional service. I do not recommend this business. Yikes! I came here to find a quincenera dress for Yelp's Quince, since they were doing a collaboration. My friend made an appointment and once we got there one of the ladies asked if we've been helped (after standing by the door for awhile) and we said we had an appointment but no one was helping us so she rudely told us to walk over to her. She was busy talking to the other workers who were all sitting down doing nothing and we seemed to cramping their style. They called over a young girl to help us and she was awesome! Although we asked for dresses in specific colors she brought out other dresses that she though would be better, which was great because they were cuter! We were told on Yelp that we would be able to rent dresses for $99 but they ended up selling it to us for that price since it seems like they were trying to get rid of their back stock. All in all, as soon as I walked in I felt like I was annoying the workers there since they were deep into their personal convos vs wanting to help us. I made an appointment and visited this location 2 days ago to be fitted for the upcoming Yelp Quince event (!!!!). There are a few spots of parking in the front of the store, then more parking directly in the back. I had mentioned that I would be bringing a friend, and when my friend arrived first and waited in the front of the store, she was not addressed for the longest time until I arrived and we approached the ladies sitting at desks in the back of the store. She said someone had asked if she was being helped, she said no, they said "Oh" and continued walking away. When I mentioned I made an appointment and said my name, all the ladies sitting there gave me a blank stare, then one said they would call someone to help us. After a short wait, a girl came to assist, and we told her what we were there for, and she asked for our pants sizes (I said "6 or 8 depending on the brand") and preferred colors. We said "Pink in a light or deep color is nice, some of the reds are also nice." A short while later, the girl returned with 4 dresses, 2 pink, 2 pastel blue-green, saying that there were not many in our sizes, but she felt we could fit in Size 4. The pink ones we passed on, they were a little too fluorescent in color. The girl guided us through the dressing (step into the dress, take your bra off, hold the dress up against your chest while she laces you in). We did fit in them, thankfully, and the dress my friend tried out was perfect for her. But when we asked if there were any other colors that she could find, the girl went back to their storage room and brought out a deeper blue dress, saying that the few other ones in our size were "not that great." Luckily it was one that I liked, so I went with that. I appreciated the girl's help; if she did not know the answer to our questions ("Can we rent or do we have to buy the dresses?" "Only buying, $99." "Are there accessories available to rent?" "No."), she asked the other associates/managers and got us an answer. We were able to obtain insanely over the top, pretty quince dresses, sure, and we're happy with what we ended up with, but they were not in the colors we initially asked for. I feel like they had very little choices for us, which is deceiving considering the mountains of dresses they have in the racks visible to the customers in the store. The unpleasant nature of the other associates did not cancel out the fun experience of trying on quince dresses for the first time. I wish the Yelp event partnership applied to the other two locations since they are more convenient for some people (including me) to drive to. Después de haber pasado casi 1 ANO para finalizar la confección del album, cuando voy a recogerlo y vi la mala calidad del material, me sorprendi, increíblemente compre una libreta de escuela con un carton de malísima calidad, las fotos inmensa de grandes, casi ni cabían en cada hoja, las fotos no lucían naturales, es decir, los retoques fueron exagerados. QUE DECEPCION, esa fue mi expresion. SUGERENCIA: Deberían de invertir un poco mas de su dinerito y mejorar la calidad del material de los album y mejorar los precios de los mismos, asi como los dimensiones de las fotos y los arreglos con el photoshop. My husband and I were looking around for a good location for my daughters 15 pictures. We went to Bella Quinces through a friend recommendation. We must say we left amazingly happy with the company: Not only the company itself but the photographer we got (Miguel) and our hair & makeup artist (Alex) please if you can get this duo you certainly won't leave unhappy! They went above and beyond to make our daughters day a memorable one. Miguel is extremely patient, kind and fun you can tell he has a lot of experience as a photographer the best thing is he is on time (unfortunately there was another group with us and the photographer was late to the shoot) Miguel thank you sooooooo much for such a wonderful experience Bella Quinces is smart to have hired such a photographer as yourself. Alex! Our makeup and hair stylist your work is phenomenal you made her makeup look natural. We loved how attentive you were at little details during the shoot, not only that but you were constantly changing her hair and makeup between shoots we are sooooooo happy with your service! Alex and Miguel worked hand and hand made the full day at Villa Blanca a wonderful one! We didn't buy any extra props at the estate, I know some may be iffy about going to this location for the cost but trust me when I say the air condition location makes a big different especially here in south Florida. There is so many spots within the location where you can take pictures it's great especially if you have a photographer like ours that knows exactly where to take the pictures. I was highly disappointed when I visited your location looking for a dress for my daughter and it was like a factory. The girl who assisted us was just not really interested in helping, she was too busy on her cell phone to even hang up any of the dresses my daughter was trying on. I had to hang them. When asked if the dresses could be altered she stated that if they were altered they would have to be purchased. I then asked Okay, how much is this dress? Her response, "I don't know!" The worst decision I made for my daughter's 15s. The photos was horrible and so was the video. I was told I had the best photographer. I think that I 2 year old can take better pictures. If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter and I went to get a photography package for her quince, and we made a $1,000 deposit. When we wanted to cancel the package they didn't want to give us the money back because there are no refunds in the contract which was never explained to us by any of the workers. Furthermore, we never even signed the contract and they still wouldn't give us back not even a portion of the money. I chose Bella Quinces after going to a total of 8 dress places for my daughters sweet 16. i liked the fact that we were able to sit there and go through everything in detail from beginning to end. the photographer was amazing. he was very professional and made sure to get all of my daughters angles perfectly! even after receiving album, i had a small dilemma, but after speaking to Alex in the hialeah location, it was rectified and i was happy! i appreciated the customer service through out the whole process but i was more impressed with how they took my concern and handled it. i have since then recommended 3 of my daughters friends who are also doing their sweet 16 dress rentals and photographs with them. read more

DO NOT RENT HERE. I'm sorry but this place is so unprofessional. My best friends wedding was ruined. The lady's here are so rude and they messed up all of our measurements. The men's tux did not arrive until two days before the wedding so they could not got altered after we paid over 200.00 for these rentals. Upon returning the suits we were insulted and harassed, they threatened to charge my card for a 100.00 because the suit was wrinkled. It is a rental, of course its going to be wrinkled. not only that, but they altered the bridesmaids dresses and they were too tight, too short. It was a disaster!!! I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH UNPROFESSIONALISM. My friend didn't even get an apology or anything. Please do not waste your time here. That same day after a short but detailed sitting, we signed the papers, picked the dress, the photographer, makeup artist and venues, and only two weeks later, my daughters dream of being a princess for her 15, came true, thanks to the professional services of Bella Quinces and the group of people they work with.
