I have 2 large storage units rented at this facility with expensive items that are acceptable to heat. The HVAC has not been working in my building for 3 weeks, Roughly 98 degrees inside, with no exact schedule when to get this back. We were told by the management team that it is not their place to call and let you know when these things happen. I would have expected at least a call or email so we could have come and moved the items that were not heat tolerant. Go with another facility, someone local that's not corporate.

I had used one on Green Mountain Drive years ago, and I had a storage unit full of ruined furniture. You may pay a little more but you posessions are well cared for and you get them back like they were when you took them. So worth it. They have me as a customer for life. After trying to reach them by phone numerous times to get an extension for removing items from…read moretheir facility, i was charged an entire month's rent for one day. The key for the lock was lost while moving out and was found the day rent was due, i went to get the last items out and they were closed the day after 4 July. The closure was not Posted on the door nor was it in the message when you called to reach an associate.
