I had used one on Green Mountain Drive years ago, and I had a storage unit full of ruined furniture. I have 2 large storage units rented at this facility with expensive items that are acceptable to heat. The HVAC has not been working in my building for 3 weeks, Roughly 98 degrees inside, with no exact schedule when to get this back. We were told by the management team that it is not their place to call and let you know when these things happen. I would have expected at least a call or email so we could have come and moved the items that were not heat tolerant. Go with another facility, someone local that's not corporate.
