The space is very clean, and the jewelry is always top quality, and a decent price point. Icon is the shop you go to when you want to be pierced correctly from the start with quality jewelry. Icon has better hygiene standards than most doctors' offices I've been to. What rounds out what I like most about Icon is their balance between customer service friendliness and not suffering foolishness. Especially, now that I'm older, I genuinely like that they expect adults to act like adults and follow the rules that they've set out. My only issue with this business has always been the parking. The parking is kind of awful, but then again that's downtown Nashville for you.

They recently posted that you could submit your small tattoo idea and they would let you know if you got picked. I had wanted a new tattoo for a while and had an idea in mind. I was excited when I got a message with an appointment. If you're concerned about covid protocols etc they seem to take it serious. Overall everything was clean. I was told to text when I got there and when my artist was ready they'd text me again. Zack Wood did my tattoo.
