Do NOT go to this nail shop unless you're ok with your new set of nails popping off within a week. I paid $155 for my nails and pedicure and Nails Fabulous refuses to fix their mistakes. The owner "Eric" or Mien Dinh is extremely rude and unprofessional. I imagine they only treat their Black customers this way. Instead of correcting their mistakes, Eric is replying to my reviews with lies, so I've added additional proof. I got my nails done on July 29. A new Gel X set. By August 7 two of my nails popped off without me breaking them or causing any tension to them. That means either the nail technician didn't apply them correctly or the gel that holds the nail tip on the natural nail is not strong enough. Nails Fabulous refuses to take any accountability or fix their mistake. I have been getting Gel X nails for three years at various nail salons in different cities. It's a much better alternative to acrylics. I have never once experienced nails popping off, let alone within the first 10 days of having them done. This is abnormal. Despite having photos, videos, dates, the salon would not even fix my nail free of charge. Please see the photos and videos attached. As you can see from the Instagram message, they originally offered to repair the second nail, even with it being past their 7-day policy. But once I wouldn't accept the 20% off future services, they refused to fix the second nail. Screenshots don't lie. It's unfortunate because Theresa was so sweet. I'd planned on making her my new nail tech. But there's no way they can stand behind such terrible work and rudeness. They do not value their customers hard work or money. If they'd simply offered me a partial refund or 50% off the next visit, I would've been satisfied. They refused to fix my second nail or offer any type of compensation. read more

Wow, this place is very beautiful. Luxurious. Everything is brand new. The music is very relaxing. They have a few different rooms with pedicure chairs for groups to come. Appointment suggested. They have the nail tables in the middle of the salon. They have a cute waiting room area. Their prices are very good. I only had a pedicure today and it was very good. I decided to go for the "Indulgent" $47 it come with all the cut and nail cuticles clean up and the callus treatment but it also includes a sugar scrub and a mud mask. I like they show what products they are using and not a random scrub/lotion coming on a plate. Not sure if the prices right now are including the 30% off discount they are claiming they are giving or that's the normal price. But that's what I paid today. The chairs are new and working well. Lisa did a great job, the massage was good. I have to come back to get my nails done as I am currently looking for a place to call home Come check them out! read more

I received a pedicure today that was horrible! First, they did not soak off the gel polish, she used the drill and scraper and I told her that it hurts! Second, she cut toe nails crooked and entirely too short! Third, the polish toes looks like a toddler painted them! I spoke to the manager and showed him my feet and he stated he did not see anything wrong! Not to cause a scene, I paid the $65.00 and left and I WILL NEVER, EVER come back!! I would not reccomend this business at all! Negative 5 star review!! read more

Brand spankin' new! What a lovely set up here and loved the ambient music. Really nice size and layout which would be great for bookings where you want to go with several friends at once (suggested prebook for group). A lot of product treatment options here. Gel nails were done really well with nice color selection. Deluxe manicure comes with collagen glove treatment that left my hands very soft. Very nice staff. Complimentary beverage with treatment! this is a very nice place, however; i asked for a deep french, provided a picture of said wanted manicure, instead got a french tip with thick and messy lines. it started off looking so good, the application was clean but after the polish it just looked a hot mess. i also paid 70. $70 for basic french tips w no design is already a little iffy, but i didnt mind paying. i just wish the service at least looked like it was worth 70 us american dollars.. read more

My sister and I wanted to go get our nails done and always end up kinda disappointed where we usually go so we decided to search up a few places and ended up stopping by Nails Fabulous and giving it a try as it's a fairly new nail solan in the area. I just wanna say I am VERY pleased with how my nails turned out, I usually go basic solid color or French tips on the occasion I get my nails done but this time I chose a style with a slight design and I tried a new shape and I love them!!!! David was amazing! Maybe my only complaint would be really not much cuticle cleaning up and for the price I feel like when you get a full set that should uncled cuticle care but nonetheless my nails turned out beautiful and will be going back!! read more

Horrible service. Long story short they put on gel nails instead of acrylic which is what I asked for then charged for "special shape" which my daughter did not ask for as well. It was a very awkward pedicure as he stared into my eyes the whole time and asked me over n over if I like it. It was weird. read more
