If you want your nail tech to assault your almost 70 year old mother, then this is the place for you!! Me, my mother and best friend visiting from another state walked in, wasn't greeted but told "pick color" we picked the gel boxes and were talking about gel nails with my mother cuz she didn't know what it was. We got our colors & front lady said "take seat" and we sat down. No assisted us with lifting the arms on the chair, we liters had to wiggle in. They started the water without checking the temp. Mine and mom's was scalding us so we asked to make it colder she then walked over and turned on cold and now it was freezing. So we took our feet out and asked for assistance. They were talking to each other and came back to start the water and was talking under her breath the whole time. I was getting very discouraged when all I wanted was to relax. The tech started working on my friend and I asked for the card and chose the VIP for all of us. It took 15 mins start to finish for her to do my friends pedi. We asked if she was going to put the light on her toes since we got gel. She started screaming and said we picked regular. We showed her the box and she then screamed "one is regular one is gel - gel nail $20 more" so I know she's talking about us you know and I literally was like do you know what I think we're just gonna go and then she comes unglued and she's like "I did you good - you're not happy with anything - you want hot you want cold no pleasing you" I put $50 bill on the chair and we start walking out - she then grabs my mother and shoved the money in her hand. I took it out her hand and put it on the counter because the last thing I wanted was them to say we didn't pay for our My friend is screaming you're physically assaulted her get your hands off her. I'm calling the police if you touch her again. So we're walking out she comes running after us with the money again crumpled up, shoving it and physically grabbing her and I turned around and saw what she was doing. I then head towards her and take the money from my mom and walk towards her and she runs in and locks the door - I'm like are you kidding me and I folded the money and shove it into the door frame. This was the most shocking & horrible treatment, I've witnessed or been a part of. I swear I will NEVER go there again. read more

WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE EVER! Pictures speak louder than words! First picture is the inspiration pic I showed her and the others are what I got; but I'm sure you can tell which is which just by looking. How are you going to spend way too long on some nails just for them to turn out so ugly and nothing like the picture. It took over 2 hours, she drilled my nails so much it hurt, and didn't even give me options for color she just picked it out for me. And, you can see all the glue left on my fingers after she was done. To say they were awful is an understatement. Worst nails I've ever seen. Never coming back and I ended up painting over them when I got home. read more

I had an appointment for 3:30 and didn't leave til 5:45. I came in and the older lady (Annie) was very rude and told us to sit down. She started on my nails and was jerking them while yelling at me to relax every five seconds. I showed her a picture of my nails and the shape I wanted. She didn't let me pick the color or ask me any detail that I wanted. She was buffing my nails but really was only doing my skin. My nails were bleeding and my fingers were popping out loud and she didn't care. The nails were the wrong shape, wrong color, wrong design, wrong base, and literally wrong everything. They are all uneven and look horrible even with them taking almost 2 and 1/2 hours to finish them. If I could leave negative stars I would. PLEASE do not go to this business. read more
