I called three times to get an understanding of the amount of times the bus would be allowed to stop. They told me three, I wanted confirmation as that seemed ridiculous if you rent it as a private occasion. Finally after 3 calls and two weeks later the owner Vince called back to confirm as many stops. The delayed response should have been the first sign to not proceed with the rental. The reservation company quoted me at $135/hour. I agreed at $135 a hour for 5 hours at $675 plus taxes. The day of the transaction I received a charge for $818.83. I text the owner and he said there was a miscommunication but generally they add a $50 tip for the driver. I was fine with that but there is still a remaining balance. After several text messages within the last weeks, Vince continues to side step the refund. His first excuse is that my credit card payment was still trying to clear after a full week. Then he said he would PayPal me $75. The refund amount isn't the the issue, it's lack of transparency and the unwillingness to make right after agreeing to refund for a certain amount. My advice is to look for a more reputable company or agree to pay only in cash up front the day of, don't get treated the way I did. I'll post an update if anything changes. I created a dispute with my credit card company. Wish me luck. ++++ Update 11/22/18 - Owner finally responded and provided credit to my account. He said he never had issues before crediting in the past. However, there were a couple reasons provided previously why it wasn't working. Why offer paying me thru PayPal then not delivering on that too? Nonetheless, the refund came after a few weeks that involved several text messages and a credit card dispute. He apologized and acknowledge he should have been more communicative in this process.

I have dropped people off here before, but have never used this airport…read more I am traveling with Breeze Airways, and I have to tell you that it was a breeze going through check-in and security. I got in line, used the QR code to check in, waited about 15 minutes, as the line moved along with deliberate speed. Got to the counter, showed my Real ID driver's license, she made a joke, and we both laughed. Even though everything is electronic, she printed a paper copy of my boarding pass. Walked through the airport a bit, and passed up the huge row of rocking chairs (maybe about 60 of them) in the middle of the breezeway. Nice! Got to the TSA and did not have to take my shoes off! Finally, got back to sanity! Put my stuff in the huge bin, walked through the scanner. The guard had to check my wrists and arms, because I have a Dot.com bracelet on for my Instagram, so it probably set off a light or two. Easy peasy, got my stuff and headed to my gate for a seat. I have to say that was the fastest I have ever gotten through an airport from being dropped off. The whole process took about 35 minutes! Wow!

Traveling with TourTime has been a delightful experience. I have gone on two day trips (Winter…read morePark and NASA), and two overnight trips (Helen Georgia and Callaway Gardens) with Jim U and the TourTime group. Jim's planning and scheduling were perfect. All I had to do was get on the bus which was loaded with snacks, ice and drinks (water, sodas, sangria, Margaritas, and wine) and relax until we reached our destination. Wherever Jim took us, whether it was restaurants, boat docks (Winter Park), hotels, or theme parks, the staff was waiting for us when we arrived. Our bags were taken to our rooms, and what great rooms they have been! Our most recent trip was to Callaway Gardens. Our beautiful rooms had balconies overlooking the hills of Pine Mountain where the leaves were changing colors. Can't wait for the next trip.

Once vaccinated (via butterfly needles) she will also help you fill out your yellow shot record card that you just carry with you at all times while vacationing other countries. Having traveled to several different countries and returning just as healthy as when I left the US.... I highly recommend using Travel Clinic Jacksonville for your travel medicine/infectious disease medicine. There is also a pulmonary specialist on staff, as well! It is sometimes tricky to quickly make an appointment. Phone-tag sometimes has to occur for a day or two.... But you just can't go wrong with Travel Clinic Jacksonville!

My advice? Do not come here without making an appointment in advance. You are welcome to show up without notice, but you will wait a long time, especially if there's a line. Since I made an appointment online a few days prior, the process was relatively painless. TSA Pre Check is a huge lifesaver, and fortunately it's one of the perks of my credit card (holla to the Chase Sapphire Reserve!). The secretary/attendant took me into a cubicle, scanned my fingerprints, asked me to confirm a few questions, and that was it. Ultimately, I was out of there in 20 minutes. But, keep in mind that there are only two employees working at a time. I recommend them keeping a few more people on staff, because people were extremely confused upon entering, trying to cut lines, etc.

When I arrived there was one couple ahead of me, but I was on time for my appointment and they were early for theirs, so I was up next. I was asked to follow the employee into a cubicle. She asked for my passport, then I confirmed data I submitted online a few days prior, was finger printed, and that was all there was to it. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I was told TSA would mail me a letter within 30 days, but I could also check the status online at the TSA website. Can't wait to use this awesome perk once I'm approved!
