Does not…read moreknow cruise guidelines or care enough about his customers to provide resolutions to problems he created by not knowing guidelines and being knowledgeable about what he's booking on your behalf. We booked a cruise knowing my wife was pregnant and would be pregnant at the time of the cruise, it was mentioned to him several times on the phone and in email. We even purchased travel insurance through Corey, in case there were pregnancy complications that would prevent us from traveling - which was not included in the standard insurance package, which my wife thankfully asked about, so we purchase the insurance at an INCREASED PREMIUM rate. After the booking was confirmed, we learned from our friends, NOT THE EXPERIENCED TRAVEL AGENT that you are unable to cruise after 24 weeks of pregnancy. paid for trip insurance, but he refused to issue a cash refund and would only offer a trip credit. He was fully aware of our situation at the time of booking but either didn't care or didn't know his job. When you book through an agent you have no control over your account. We have called and texted Corey several times to ask that he get on a call with us and the cruise line in order to get this resolved, per the cruise line this could have been fully refunded had he cared enough to do what is right for his customers, but he must only care about a commission and is now completely ignoring our attempts to contact him and find a resolution to his mistake. After speaking to the cruise line directly we know we have been taken advantage of. I would save yourself time and money and book through the cruise line directly. The agent I worked with listened well, worked fast and found me a good and reasonable flight, with the airline asked for and upgraded it to premium economy.
