I am extremely disappointed with the staff at this office. For the past three weeks, I have been…read morecalling multiple times to get a refill on my medication, and no one has properly followed up or set up an appointment for me. Even after explaining the side effects I am experiencing due to the delay, I still have not received the support I need. When I spoke with Jeanette, she kept changing the reasons why my medication hadn't been refilled or why I hadn't received a call back from the doctor. At one point, she told me my insurance was not valid--without even having my file pulled up. I contacted my insurance company myself, and they confirmed there are no issues. Despite this, the office failed to set up my appointment the four different times I reached out. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak with a manager, Jeanette transferred me back to the main line instead of connecting me with anyone who could actually help. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially in healthcare where people's lives and well-being are at stake. Since they do not want to help me , I will be taking the next step of reporting this office. Patients deserve staff who take their health seriously, follow through, and provide accurate information.
