    For a bride on a budget, you can't beat the Mission Wedding Chapel. Jason is patient in guiding those who are nervous, and Sarah went above and beyond with her communication in regards to my queries before the event. For our small ceremony, it was the perfect fit. The only reason that I haven't selected five stars is probably not relevant to most readers: I prize clear communication, and the one place that lacked communication was photography. Don't get me wrong: the photographer's pictures appear to be excellent, and she has a prepared checklist of shots for couples to fill out so that they can make the most of the time they purchased. For most people, this will work out quite well. However, I had a unique situation: Holocaust survivors were attending our ceremony, and I wanted to have a 10-minute conversation to make sure their needs would be met. Two unreturned phone calls later, and email, and, finally, a query to Sarah, I received a short response from the photographer stating that she was too busy for phone calls. Although I certainly understand being busy while running multiple businesses, I would have appreciated knowing why I wasn't getting responses earlier so that I could make alternative arrangements to make sure the guests were taken care of. If your situation is more typical than mine, then I suggest that the package arrangement will work well. And regardless of photography, definitely give the Mission Wedding Chapel a try. Sarah and Jason are the real deal - and they'll give your bank account a deal so you can save for the things that truly matter: the marriage that follows the wedding.

I'm in the hospitality industry and I've worked hundreds of banquets and weddings so I know what to look for when it comes to service. Michelle Hart made our lives soooooooop much easier. I love that woman! My husband and I were originally going to have a backyard wedding, but became very stressful so we decided to look into affordable venues that can accommodate 100 people with 2 months notice. With the packages offered by the antique wedding house, it made our planning so easy. The value is outstanding. We went with the Isabella package for 100 people and it was approx $7000 on a Monday. all inclusive. Dj, photographer, Photo Booth, catering, 3tier cake, dressing room's, event coordinator, everything! We absolutely made the right decision when choosing antique wedding house as the venue for our wedding. They took care of everything. EVERYTHING ! Michelle, the coordinator and lady in charge, was very kind, patient, and easy to work with. She answered every question, was very helpful in helping make decisions, and also allowed us to choose and customize what we wanted with no hesitation. For example, we purchased the Isabella package and it includes an officiant for the ceremony. My husband and I wanted my mother and his friend to officiate us together. No problem! Michelle made planning our wedding so easy. It's like a one stop shop. Michelle literally helped us plan almost everything in less than an hour. Come wedding day, everything was stunning! The staff was very accommodating, and pleasurable. The food was amazing. Our Dj, Emmett with Direct Sounds DJs, was Awesome!Our photographer... Dorrell Edwards with Always Timeless Weddings, well.... All I can say is that This guy. The bartender, Ruben, was on point, friendly, and professional. Dennis and jessica with Goof Booth photo booths, were very very awesome and kind. The banquet captain, Eric, was super sweet and I really appreciate everything he did to make our night perfect. The cake... let me tell you that the cake is the absolute BEST wedding cake I have EVER had. And being in the industry, I've tried a lot of wedding cake. It was 3 tiered with 3 different flavors and icings. We did red velvet with cream cheese icing, strawberry with mango icing, and butter rum with butter cream icing. So freaking good!!!! And it was beautiful. All and all the antique wedding house has my 110% satisfaction. They offer an officiant but we went with our own.

I was not able to decorate until the day of the event. 2. She was running late for me to be able to get into the venue. To do decorating. 3. The day of the event, she wanted an extra $500 for a deposit. Which was not disclosed in any of our conversations or contract. 4. She didn't have the number of tables I requested, she then told me I would have to pay more money. I showed her our agreement and she said that it was wrong. But eventually put up more chairs and tables for no additional fee. 5. The venue bathrooms, floors, and bar areas were not clean when the event started. 5. After the party she complained about how dirty the place was,when we actually cleaned up more than we should have since we had to pay $100 for cleaning. 6. Both the men's and women's bathroom stalls were breaking. Then, the mens bathroom had rusted screws that broke off at the party. The womens toilet paper holder kept falling off. We had to force the stall door open and closed. There were no paper towels to dry hands, only the air dryer. She kept $100 for clean up and then decided to keep another $100 for the broken rusted door. 7. While I was decorating, she had customers viewing the venue. 8. My cousin had a party earlier in the year and had issues with the men's bathroom. She "swears to God" that it wasn't that way. That should have been a red flag for me. I assumed everything would be good. If you decide to use this place, make sure you document EVERYTHING! She will find a way to get more money from you. Take before and after pictures. Record your conversations because she says something different each time. Don't assume you understand what she is requesting. Be very detailed. I chose this place because it was close to my dad. The party was for him. He is very sick and not able to commute far. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone.
