Jason is patient in guiding those who are nervous, and Sarah went above and beyond with her communication in regards to my queries before the event. For our small ceremony, it was the perfect fit. The only reason that I haven't selected five stars is probably not relevant to most readers: I prize clear communication, and the one place that lacked communication was photography. Don't get me wrong: the photographer's pictures appear to be excellent, and she has a prepared checklist of shots for couples to fill out so that they can make the most of the time they purchased. For most people, this will work out quite well. However, I had a unique situation: Holocaust survivors were attending our ceremony, and I wanted to have a 10-minute conversation to make sure their needs would be met. Two unreturned phone calls later, and email, and, finally, a query to Sarah, I received a short response from the photographer stating that she was too busy for phone calls. Although I certainly understand being busy while running multiple businesses, I would have appreciated knowing why I wasn't getting responses earlier so that I could make alternative arrangements to make sure the guests were taken care of. If your situation is more typical than mine, then I suggest that the package arrangement will work well. And regardless of photography, definitely give the Mission Wedding Chapel a try. Sarah and Jason are the real deal - and they'll give your bank account a deal so you can save for the things that truly matter: the marriage that follows the wedding.

Attending a vendor conference in the Phoenix-area, the last night of the conference was a private party on the Desert Foothills grounds. While Phoenix was suffering through an unseasonably cold winter, the amenities of Desert Foothills didn't dampen anyone's spirits in the slightest. From the retro, ranch-like "Welcome" sign, to the warm and welcoming firepits and patio heaters spread generously throughout the grounds, the venue had everything you could ask for in an open air space. Burros wearing cooler saddles entertained--and refreshed--the attendees, and clever miniature buckets containing everything you needed to make s'mores were nice touches. If you did get too cold, the barn area was very warm and toasty, with an impressive light display and plenty of room for dining, mingling, and a live musical performance (one that, with superior sound and speakers throughout the venue, you could hear clearly no matter where you were). Again, everything was top-notch and I'm jealous of anyone that hosts their event here in the future! In the end, I'm really disappointed that I don't live in the Phoenix area as I would love to host or attend more events here.

Morgan was able to give me recommendations for vendors and always listened to my requests. Coming from an "everything must be perfect" type of person, Morgan's timeline was so organized and perfectly construed, I had no complaints. I last minute decided to change things to the timeline and Morgan was so nice, she was able to accommodate all of my changes. There were so many things going on behind the scenes that she took care of. From speaking with all of our vendors and making sure everything was completed, to helping set up decor exactly how I wanted on our wedding day. I've never felt the trust and reassurance I had with Let's Talk Eventz, where I could just sit back and not worry about a single thing. If I didn't have Morgan at the wedding to manage all of the vendors, set up all of the decor, and come to the rescue with last minute needs... BRIDES BEWARE! Front Paige Events does NOT honor contracts. Paige canceled 6 days before wedding…read moredate and kept the money for services not performed. Paige said she would refund half of the money paid if a Non-Disparagement agreement was signed. I guess she doesn't want people to know she cancels on clients the week of their wedding and does not refund their money. Paige seemed nice at first when she was working solo from her home but her move into a new office space and the addition of an intern seemed to change things. As requested, all vendor contacts were emailed directly to Paige at least 2 weeks before and/or Paige had direct contact with the vendor(s) involved. So it was odd when 7 days before the wedding Paige's intern emailed asking for the contracts that were already sent directly to Paige.  This wasn't a good sign and showed how unorganized Front Paige Events was. Paige was also aware of the venue contract requiring a wedding coordinator onsite the day of the wedding, the contract was emailed to Paige 2 months before the wedding date. Paige did not pay attention to detail. She instructed me to order the wrong dimensions for table linens. If not for the knowledgeable florist, the error would have been undiscovered until the wedding day and this would have been a catastrophe. Paige offered to order glassware and napkins. I met with her at her new office (industrial area in Glendale, doesn't feel the safest at night) roughly 24 days before the wedding. We discussed options, picked glassware/napkins and she quoted an amount showing me how much they would cost. She stated she would send an invoice soon. 14 days before the wedding, I asked if she could send the invoice so I could pay it. No invoice was sent. I emailed the next day inquiring if they had been ordered and to please send the invoice. Then Paige text saying she would send the invoice shortly. Five days later, a week before the wedding, at the end of the day I received an invoice for 3 times the quoted amount, with no explanation. I understand all businesses are operating to make a profit. A usual 30% mark up is expected but a 300% markup is extremely unscrupulous, particularly when the price has already been quoted and you are 7 days from the wedding with little time to acquire alternatives. I guess the meaning of shortly is 5 days to Front Paige Events? Keep in mind this is now one week before the wedding. When I refused the inflated invoice, Paige sent an email breaking the contract, stating she would not fulfill the agreement. The contract states that if Front Paige Events cancels, they will provide an alternative to take Paige's place to continue services or refund money. Neither of these things were offered. Instead, Paige left us with no options and no wedding coordinator a week before the wedding. When we asked for a refund, Paige said she would refund half of the money paid in full only if a Non-Disparagement Agreement was signed. I guess she doesn't want people to know she CANCELS ON CLIENTS THE WEEK OF THE WEDDING and does not refund the money for services not performed. The unprofessionalism and vindictiveness really showed because Paige knew the venue required a coordinator and still did not perform the service as contracted. Paige also tried to sabotage the day by continuing to communicate with vendors after she terminated services. Communicating with vendors behind the brides back to confuse everyone is very unethical. Especially when a new coordinator was hired. Paige did not get along with some vendors and seemed to have a temper when she wasn't praised unconditionally for doing her job. After doing some research I did find a criminal arrest in 2021 related to violence. This did not surprise me. * The response from Paige is not accurate. The wedding was in October, not September. I did not cancel a meeting with the hotel. All contracts were sent to Paige well before. And seating charts could not be finished because even after repeated requests, access to the tool was not provided. Providing a timeline that was not approved by the bride is terrible. Sending a timeline to vendors without CCing the bride after services are terminated, is an attempt to sabotage. Also a full refund was never offered. Only half refund for signing a contract to not share the truth.
