We were allowed entry the night before to do some setting up. The tables and chairs were already neatly placed and the establishment was clean. The woman was accommodating to our requests and so helpful. They helped to set up the day of, serve some food, went around to guests offering refill drinks, then came back around to collect trash. This was an extremely hard day for every person in attendance and these ladies alleviated a lot of stress that would have otherwise fallen onto other members of the family who were grieving. Bravo. The kitchen counters and prep area were covered with storage that was in our servers way. The kitchen had no hot water the day of our event. We were told we would have access to the tv's for our slide shows but they didn't work and had no wifi connection in the entire place. Also, our keg tap disappeared. Would never use this place again and recommend you don't either.
