Whatever you do, DO NOT book a massage here. 1. You have to…read morelie on top of protective sheet ( I'm guessing because they don't want to do laundry). There is nothing to cover yourself with. I made the mistake of hopping in under the sheet, and the lady was mad. 2. I was covered with a basic scratchy towel. The majority of my massage was given over the towel with no lotion/oil. 3. I asked the lady many times to go a little softer, however she continued to apply deep pressure, using her elbows. Hours later, my entire back and neck hurts. 4. Nothing was put under my feet or behind my knees during my massage, which put a lot of pressure on my lower back. 5. When I had to turn over, I used the towel to cover my chest, but the lady ripped it away from me, leaving me totally exposed and very uncomfortable. There has to be something illegal about that. Very unprofessional and I can't believe they think doing this is acceptable behavior. 6. During the last part of my massage, she started having a loud conversation with someone on the other side of the door. How this promotes a calm and soothing experience is beyond me. Now I know why their prices are so low. Have to wonder if the ladies are licensed massage therapists. Please don't waste your money or time.

I've had over a hundred massages and Mimi is a Diamond! She worked predominantly on my back for an hour and was conscious of my pressure preference (which is strong). She found pressure points, and knots that I never realized were there. She also does productive stretches to measure how well the muscles were responding to the massage, and my back now feels tremendous. I definitely recommend her as one of the best I've ever experienced! Side note: she reminded me of a loving auntie back in Hawai'i. Very gracious and offered me her homemade ginger tea, a big hug and Korean food next time I came. A real treasure here in Billings!

I then had Wendy cut my hair which is super fine and super thin. She does a neck and head massage first, then washes and styles my hair. She did a fantastic job. I'm not the type to go all out with hilights, mani's or pedi's but because every service i have received so far has been incredible, I may go for a pedi when flip flop weather is over and the pedi will last longer than 2 days.

It literally took 3 hours for her to do my nails with just basic plain color (usually takes a little over half an hour anywhere else). My nails were uneven lengths and the acrylic was really thick.
