The good: My husband randomly found this place so my kids and I explored it. My husband got several pairs of slides here for $3. They had stripes on them so it looked like an Adidas knock-off. He loves them. They're wide and cheap. He wears them everywhere. I also got containers here for my mom's house and some kids' toys. This store is like a Dollar Store but with slightly pricier items. The bad: I was looking for a car charger but couldn't find one. I feel like the name doesn't fit the store. *** FAKE MERCH SOLD HERE *** I took my daughter to Bella Zone because a friend had told her that her favorite collectibles (Sonny Angels) were sold here, we purchased 4 and they all turned out to be FAKE. The quality was extremely poor and they were all missing the seal of authentication. When I walked back in and asked for a refund, the cashier and the store manager refused to refund my money and stated, "it's your fault because you purchased them". They refused to acknowledge that these were Fake until I told them I was going to call U.S. Customs and report them, as soon as they seen me goggling the number, they admitted to selling Fake Sonny Angels and told me that they would refund my money if I agreed not to call U.S Customs. Bella Zone is FULL of FAKE Merch and they are taking advantage of little kids by selling them these fake collectibles. First off if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I'm on tour here for LA near this area I always find it convenient for beverages but the worker/s or "cashier" is very rude and should be fired or checked immediately she doesn't make me feel welcomed or asks me if I want bags I've been here only 2 times and it was all within a matter or minutes because of how unwelcome I feel by the employees my breaking point was when she made me wait while she scanned the other lady's products even though I was in line first. very rude and unprofessional I don't care if that was her friend I only had one item lol very unprofessional. I work out in commerce but i still go all the way to bella Zone, cause they have crazy deals. I think the management changed recently cause the store has a lot more new stuff than before. They have this front section where it's crazy deals, like really really crazy. I dunno how they sell it so cheap, but I don't ask questions , i just go buy. Also like coming here for ice, not sure why ice is so expensive elsewhere, but the ice hear is cheap so i grab some whenever i go fishing for my ice box. read more

Stopped by here after my buddy had to go to Pep Boys to do some shopping. Wow! Glad that I walked in! Ridiculous specials like a box of granola bars that I usually get at the market for $6, marked down to $1! Also picked up some kitchen supplies that my mom needed for really cheap. My novia even found some eyelashes on sale and some other cosmetics for a steal. I'll be back for sure whenever I'm in the neighborhood, good to see these kinds of deals still exist. read more

I've been meaning to review this place since I went recently but I had to add the business myself since it was new to Yelp! So finally added it and I went today. Let's start off with the overall store: it has two sections the convenience store side where they sell anything from shower curtains-jewelry-hot your guns-pet supplies etc. basically a $1 store buttttt the reason I go is because of the other part of the store the MAKEUP PART! It's definitely makes the store worth going to, the only thing I don't like is that I feel like they don't really update their items (that's why they don't have. 5/5) the items they do have are so so they're mostly beauty supply store products but they've upped their game with adding new ELF , Covergirl, & Maybelline products. Prices are the same as in store and might even cost more since drugstores usually have BOGO's happening. They carry LA GIRL , Jordana, NYX as well. They have various brands but the actual items they carry never seem to rotate or they feel like they've been their for a long time, outdated for better lack of words. Their pricing is reasonable I paid $3.52 for a shadow palette + two single shadows & the pigmentation wasn't bad. I'd say if you're looking for inexpensive products to try come here for them! Buttt if you come within another month don't expect to find completely new products on the shelves. The overall appearance of the store is typical. The part I do like is the makeup side has white shelves with lighting inside them. Suggestion for them is to use that to their advantage and display newer items. Staff is friendly and polite will help if you ask and somewhat know their way around makeup. By their standards. They also accept debit /credit cards. I only paid $3.52 last time I went with credit card and they didn't say anything so I'm guessing no minimum? read more
