I won a free DJ through Bellagala which is how I heard about them. I ended up booking a photographer, videographer, and hair stylist as well. The prices are pretty average. Many people say they are expensive, but for the most part, the prices ride the middle compared to other vendors. I was very happy the day of, everyone was on time, some even stayed late. My pictures were beautiful, my video ended up being above and beyond expectations, and my hair was lovely. The DJ had a few mic issues, but played a great Playlist and kept everyone on the dance floor. I also loved the discount I got for continuing to book with Bellagala. It is a bit tricky to get to. They are located above the Bulldog restaurant so if you aren't familiar with the city, it's tricky. You either need to parallel park by the meters.or park in the ramp, and then find the super inconspicuous elevator to take you up to Bellagala. But if you are local, or feeling confident, I'm sure you could find it without an issue. Very professional staff. They are dressed professionaly, offered us tea and water, and they took notes the whole meeting. Very impressed and will recommend to everyone. read more

We hired Bellagala for day-of wedding coordination because we wanted to spend our wedding focused on each other and our guests, not managing logistics. Unfortunately, our coordinator became one of the biggest sources of stress that day. Leading up to the wedding, communication often felt reactive. We found ourselves repeatedly following up, initiating planning discussions, and driving decisions. While our coordinator was friendly, she never gave us confidence that the details were truly under control. On the wedding day, that lack of preparation became apparent. Multiple family members had to step in and perform responsibilities we had hired a coordinator to handle. At one point, our coordinator insisted our reception ended at 10:00 p.m., despite our contract reserving the venue until 11:00 p.m. Even after being corrected once, she later began directing family members and guests to clean up an hour early, causing part of our reception to end prematurely. Family members had to correct her a second time. What has been most disappointing is the lasting impact. Every conversation I've had about our wedding since then has included someone asking, "What was happening with your coordinator?" or commenting on how overwhelmed and unprofessional she appeared. Instead of remembering our wedding for the joy of the day, many people remember the chaos surrounding its coordination. We shared these concerns with Bellagala in detail after the wedding. Their response was that they believed the contracted services had been fulfilled and they declined any refund or other resolution. We hired a Day of coordinator and Florist through bellagala. The flowers were not the right color and were delivered to the venue so early that they were all dead and wilted by when the reception started. Also were never told fake flowers were going to be used as we paid for real ones; well... there were fake flowers in the boutonniere and corsages. The day of coordinator was nowhere to be found during family photos; wedding party members noticed her sitting and on her phone throughout the day. Future Brides PLEASE do not book anything through this company. It may seem like an "affordable" option, but you will regret it the day of the wedding. read more

Our photographer, Tiffany was so great. She made sure to get every single shot on my list plus additional ones the day of. She was great to work with and very professional with all of the family photos. We really liked the way our night photos turned out as well. Our second shooter for our wedding day Billy, was great to work with! He was creative and made sure to help get every shot on my list. I am very disappointed with Bellagala. I filled out all of our artist forms on the website in detail. The artists were not able to view them, so it was very frustrating that I filled out all of those form details on the Bellagala site only to have to kind of go over them all again. It created more work for me and the artists. Bellagala worked with me to fix it but just said that everything was coming up fine on their end even though the problem persisted. We used the photography, dj, and videographer services for our wedding in MN. The dj and videographer and day of coordinator were amazing! The photographer and 2nd photographer were terrible. Ceremony photos were out of focus. Portraits of us were only full body shots. Very few close ups. Forgot a photo with the grooms parents. Missed candid moments with the bridal party. Missed photos of the guests arriving. Basically, my friends and family have better photos of us that day than half of the shots we paid for. Photographer and 2nd photographer didn't communicate well to split up the shots or help coordinate big group photos. read more

This review is LONG overdue. We used Bellagala to book our wedding photographer and videographer, and we bundled in cake too. The cake was easily the best and easiest part of the whole deal. Yum. The planning went fine. The photographer was good. We had a meeting with him before hand and got [for the most part] the shots that we wanted. The videographer was good too, BUT this is where the problems came in: We got back our wedding DVD a few months after the wedding. The highlight reel was great and some of the pieces they put together to the music we selected were good as well. However, we specifically asked for a complete recording of our first dance, which we choreographed, AND some video of the reception once our music went on. We got dueling pianos for the reception and it was a huge hit and people had a great time dancing and carrying on. However, barely any of this made it into the video. We called Bellagala since we weren't 100% satisfied and they put us in touch with the videographer. We got bounced back and forth a few times and to make an already long story a little bit shorter, after MONTHS of correspondence and asking for either 1. Some of our money back or 2. The raw footage of the evening so we/one of our friends could put something together ourselves, Bellagala and everyone involved over there stopped responding. It further complicated things that we were living in California (although we had our wedding in MN), so I couldn't just drop by the office to say anything or give them a piece of my mind. They were content to not respond, keep our money, and not follow through after a complete lack of service on the back end. I am a photographer and have very specific tastes when it comes to someone else photographing for us. We went with Bellagala because I found a Studio level photographer with exactly the right style and type of photography that I wanted. This was a hard enough process to find her as it was. We chose Christina H. She was great! So friendly, on time, covered everything, beautiful photos... we could not have been more happy with Christina H. Then we received the photos. They were not edited by Christina H, but instead by the Bellagala post-processing team. They looked nothing like Christina's style. We are very disappointed in the results. There isn't anything Christina H. can do, it's the way Bellagala contracts the photographers. You pick a photographer for their unique style, which includes the way they process images. Taking that away doesn't make any sense. I will not recommend Bellagala for photography services. read more

It has been a while since my previous review but wanted to update anyone debating on going with Bellagala. I previously stated that I received a blank disc instead of my photos, however the second disc I received was scratched and wouldn't download, the third was a slideshow, not actual prints, and the fourth finally worked. This took almost a month of back and forth, back and forth. Besides not liking most of the photos, they are now stating I didn't select the package with the wedding album and that it would be an additional charge of over $900 for my album and the add-on parent album (which is $200). I emailed back with the original quote and they said, "that's not the package on your contract." Why would they send me a quote and then draw up the contract for something else?! I didn't read over the contract well enough, (my mistake) and now I am going to go elsewhere to purchase a wedding album because I do not want to take any more time to argue with Bellagala and/or give them one more dollar. We used Bellagala's DJ services for our wedding reception. I was 100% happy with the services we received. I went with Bellagala after seeing a wedding channel deal, which made their most attractive package extremely affordable. We had access to an online library of music where we could save our playlist by activity/moment at the wedding. We could also request any song that they did not already have in their database. Before the wedding, we had a call with our DJ to go over the feel we wanted for both the dinner and dancing. He asked specific questions about our timeline to make sure he could help keep things on schedule. He also had us clarify whether or not he was to only play music we had asked for or if he could throw in songs as well depending on the mood of the guests. He was engaged at the event and made the reception fun but not awkward. I can't see when I would ever need 6+ hours of DJ services again but I would recommend Bellagala DJ services to anyone read more

I am writing this review as a wedding photographer who hired Bellagala to shoot our wedding. First off, the primary photographer whom we worked, Mark Fierst, was incredible. I would hire him personally again in a second. The day of the wedding was great. HOWEVER, when we got our pictures back three weeks later, my wife and I were very confused by the quality of pictures we received (we booked a higher end photographer). The photos themselves where fine, besides the fact that there was literally zero editing done on the finished photos. We thought it was a mistake and they accidentally sent our photos back to us without even looking at them. Multiple very crooked pictures, one picture with the photographer's shadow cast on the wall directly behind us, zero blemish touch ups, etc. It was embarrassing. I called Bellagala and they said they had edited our photos, and after they realized I knew what I was talking about as a photographer, they told me their contract states they merely "color correct and update exposure..." Photographer language is they just run it through a batch edit basically the quality of an Instagram filter. The manager herself stated she didn't even have the software on her work computer to do such editing (photoshop/lightroom). They continued that "..., and if I wanted the RAW photos to edit them myself it would be $500." I'm assuming they've prewritten this clause because this has come up before, and the high quality "photos" they provide you with are around 2 mb in size, roughly the same size as a picture my iPhone 6 will take (dslr photos should be around 20-25 mb each). My advice, stay away from Bellagala, do your research and hire a photographer directly, because no photographer who respects their work will give you such shoddy photographs. read more

Wow, I am one unhappy bride. I used Bellagala for my wedding photography on July 1st, and I received my photos back today. Our photographer was so wonderful and captured all of the right moments, however, the Photo Processing/Editing team did an absolutely HORRIBLE job on cropping our photos. Many times they literally cut off my husband's (the GROOM) forehead. They often cropped out our hands at the wrist. In nearly every photo they cropped out the full train of my dress. They cropped out our feet in bridal party photos. They selected photos where our eyes are half-open or rolling back into our head. They sent many unflattering photos of people with their eyes closed or making an unflattering face. In the ONLY photo of my bouquet they cropped out some of the flowers. They gave us many blurry, unfocused photos of us with individual members of the wedding party. These were the only individual photos we had with them. They cropped out my husband's arm/shoulder in many of the photos. I didn't get a single photo featuring the lace train of my dress. They cut the bouquet out of photos where we were SUPPOSED to be looking at the bouquet. They sent photos of me getting into my dress using the most unflattering wide angle that made both my mother and I appear distorted and obese. They cut off my legs in the photos where my husband is carrying me. They cut off my shoulder. All I keep thinking is, Bellagala, are you kidding me!!? Did you seriously send these to a paying customer?!!!! My 6 year old cousin could have done a better job editing these. read more

Quick and dirty version: I would not use the services of Bellagala in the future. Customer service is poor, the company does not own up to its mistakes, and the florist we booked had the date of our wedding completely wrong despite it being clearly stated on the contract. For those who want the gory details: The biggest mistake I made during wedding planning was to use Bellagala for my floral arrangements. There were a number of red flags I should have considered early on in the process: 1. The hit or miss reviews for some of the products they offer 2. The fact that I had to make several requests (via email / phone, and to several staff) to update the contract so that the "Date of Event" field reflected the actual date of the wedding (and not my email address as they had listed next to "Date of Event"). Instead of addressing my request, I continued to receive the same automated emails from Bellagala staff to, "sign the contract." 3. The fact that it often took the florist over a week to respond to some of my emails and usually required me sending a follow-up email before receiving a response After finalizing the contract and deciding on the flowers I felt pretty confident about moving forward since I was assured this florist was good and had seen her work online. However, come the day of the wedding the florist failed to show up at the scheduled time. She had gotten the date wrong. Yes, mistakes happen, but this was a BIG mistake. (She didn't forget to collect payment a month before the wedding which I find convenient.) When she failed to show, my bridesmaids went into action and tracked her down. She ended up arriving 2 hours after the scheduled arrival time and recruited my bridesmaids to help her make bouquets, etc. So, the fact that she was able to come through on short notice was the only positive. But of course most of the flowers we requested were not available so very little reflected what we had planned in the months prior to the wedding (particularly the pink bridal bouquet which was supposed to be white). And the florist had the audacity to say that what I had gotten was actually better than what I requested. And that is when I almost lost it. How is giving me something I didn't want or ask for better??? We received a 50 percent refund but decided to contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB) due to how we were treated following the incident. Bellagala stated that the florist had arrived just shortly after the scheduled time and didn't delay our scheduled bridal photo session (and no, we didn't use Bellagala photography - THANK GOODNESS). They also contradicted conversations we had with the florist that were documented via email and text so it was obvious they had no clue what they were talking about. What Bellagala refuses to admit is that the flowers arrived so late that essentially all of our time set aside with the photographer was lost. The fee for the photographer's time is something we cannot recoup. We ended up taking photos during cocktail hour, something I wanted to avoid, but at least we got them done. 0 stars for sure. We got a Disk Jockey from Bellagala for our wedding this Saturday. Over the phone, he sounded wonderful. He sounded like he cared for what we wanted and truly seemed excited. He told us he'd arrive at 11:30, for the ceremony which began at 1. He also told the same thing to my father, who owns the property where we held the ceremony. He showed up 15 MINUTES before 1, not prepared at all. ALMOST TWO HOURS LATE! He was in basketball shorts, and a Ghostbusters t shirt. When confronted about his tardiness, he argued saying we said to be there at 2:30!!!! He gave my husband, father and cousins an attitude when they asked why he was late. Then he asked them for help unloading his equipment. He also said HE DIDNT KNOW HE HAD TO DO THE MUSIC FOR THE CEREMONY. On the phone we specifically discussed that. Made me think if this was even the same guy!!! Once set up, 15 MINUTES after the ceremony was supposed to begin, he asked to use our bathroom so he could change. So close to our ceremony and my husband and I were going into it completely flustered! We called BellaGala, and they sent out the weekend manager, who did apologize for his actions and replaced him during the reception. However, the previous, unprepared DJ didn't pass along any of our information to the manager. On top of that, The equipment wasn't working at all. It was all scratchy. So we weren't able to do anything, as far as reception dance events until 7:30 when they could get the equipment replaced. The DJ had to connect to our wifi just to get their music, and they had to use a one of FATHER's receivers for their speakers because their equipment was insufficient. The entire experience was horrible. The only thing positive I can say, is the manager was thoroughly apologetic. I am just completely disappointed. For the reputation Bellagala seems to have, I am appalled of their service. Tomorrow, my husband and I are going into their building to get our money back. The music is one of the most important parts of a wedding, and BellaGala truly dropped the ball. Please please don't go to BellaGala. The idea of all the services being sort of packaged together was very appealing, however we just were sold on too many of the options. We sacrificed time at our jobs to make the appointment and arrived to find Bellagala had no djs for the date of our wedding. They went on to try selling us photographers (which we already had and hadn't asked for) and live music. We had expressed interest in their jazz trios and horn quintet- they talked to us about harpists and piano players, violinists and singers. What?! Bellagala wasted our time and money by misguiding us with an appointment. They are well-marketed online, but recognize that it's just advertising. I recommend price shopping and finding more reliable vendors: think how offended you'd feel if a company failed to tell you the service you want is no longer available, but had you come into their offices anyway trying to sell you something else. That was our experience with Bellagala. You can easily find cheaper, more respectful vendors out there that choose not to attach themselves with a management conglomerate like Bellagala. Most of those independent vendors have been a joy for us to work with. Their prices are competitive or less than Bellagala, and of similar or greater quality. You pay for convenience and a pretty marketing campaign with Bellagala- it's a choice you need not make. read more

I thought Bellagala would be a good service for finding a photographer since I was getting married in another state, but it turned out to be more hassle for me than it was worth. First, the positives: the company does a really good job of streamlining the photographer selection process and I found a wonderful photographer through them: Zoe Pappas. She was kind, took good photos and went above and beyond for us. I also must say, every interaction with the Bellagala employees was excellent. They were upbeat and very helpful every time I talked with them, from the people who answered the phones to those who managed my account. However, where Bellagala is lacking is in its knowledge of photography. Essentially, it's a service that contracts out to a series of third parties (photographers, editors, printers), so the Bellagala employees themselves aren't necessarily hands-on with the photos. Four weeks after my wedding, I received a link to the gallery of photos, which was great. However, when I downloaded the files, they were low-resolution -- good enough to post online, but any attempts to print them would result in pixelated photos. I spoke with Bellagala about them and what ensued were weeks of back and forth trying to get high-resolution images. It became clear initially the person I spoke with at Bellagala did not understand photography printing concepts, and for whatever reason the editing service couldn't send me the files. Eventually, Bellagala had to ask the photographer to re-send her photos, had them re-edited and then shipped them to me on an external hard drive. It ended up being three months after the wedding that I received the high-resolution digital files. It's completely unacceptable for it to take an additional two months after they've already been edited to receive appropriately-sized images. As a slight aside, although I received the 700 photos as specified in the contract, some were blatantly out of focus, had people's eyes closed or had odd framing. I would expect the final photos to be a bit better selected and personally would rather see 690 well-done pictures than 700 that include ones I wouldn't use. If what you want is a service that will handle your photography needs and you're content to buy prints/albums from the third-party it uses, then Bellagala will meet your needs. However, because of all the extra hassle I went through to receive something that is industry standard, I wish I had not chosen Bellagala and I would not choose it again. read more

I would not recommend Bellagala. They had multiple levels of photographers. We found one at the "Top" level with beautiful pictures from previous weddings. We had a consultation to talk about what we wanted, more nature focused shots. Our engagement session was just okay. We then met with our photographer about our concerns, but at this time Bellagala couldn't promise us another photographer nor would they allow for a refund so we went with him. Horrible! First off the spoke to me long enough to get a payment then completely IGNORED ME for months. A week before the wedding they tried to up our agreed upon price. After hours of headaches and emails they finally agreed to honor the price. The photographer didnt seem to read what we wanted to get for pictures and didnt get any family pics or children pics as we asked. Infact she kinda disappeared for hours at a time. Then we got our photo link....and it was the WRONG couple. They gave us pics and their names, pics of their marriage cert and contacts from their guest book. We contacted them and were assured it was a "simple" error (giving private info away hardly a simple error in my opinion) they said they would have it fixed with in a day...we waited a nothing...we sent two emails no respond my husband called and left a msg...no reply we called the main line and were told wed have a call right back...an hour later I get an email stating it would be another day since the photographer didnt turn in the pics....even though I have text msg from the photographer from the day priorn saying she had handed the pics in...I sent a screen shot of this conversation and bellagala...well they arent responding now. I would not recommend. Many of our photos as a couple were posed in the front of the church despite asking for more casual/creative photos. I had to ask for him to take us outside to snap a few pictures. Those are the only ones I like. Second photographer was terrible also and seemed annoyed to be there. My son and daughter in law used the Bellagala photographers. They opted to pay for a second photographer. The entire photography session was stressful. The main photographer was unorganized. She had difficulty arranging people and selecting good locations for the photos. The second photographer did nothing. Specific requests were ignored - having family pictures taken outside vs in the chapel, there weren't any pictures taken of either set of parents or other requests photos. I am so happy to read the Yelp reviews on Bellagala photography because I too had a TERRIBLE experience with photography- before, during, and post. I was hesitant to begin with when going through Bellagala for a photographer and I should have trusted my instincts. I choose MEG COOPER (who is no longer with them!) as my photographer as she had the best portfolio out of my price range. In the beginning she took forever to get back to me as she also runs her own photography studio on the side. When I finally met her, I stressed the importance of knowing my wedding location and taking FULL advantage of all the cool stuff around the venues. I got marrid at Loring Pasta Bar, and the reception was at Varsity Theater- how can you NOT get good photos here. Well, its possible. The wedding photos were the most stressful part of the wedding day. I felt like i was working with a total amateur and the 2nd photographer was zero help. The placement of people in photos was all wrong, she didnt do anythign to own or manage the photo session, having me call all the shots and getting people ready for photos was not something I should have done, as I gave her a list. She took 20 photos of me holding my wedding card from my husband but didnt take one of my mom and me!!! She took phtoos of my pregnant friend eating potato chips, but took horrible photos of my husband and I- the photos were not creative at all. She took terrible photos, and in the end, out of 900+ photos, I think I like 10 of them. Those are not good odds, especially for the money paid. Long story short, I received a small refund for my dis-satisfaction but Bellagala talked their way out of really owning the situation. I will not use them anymore and I will not recommend them either. I work in the hospitality/events industry and will spread the word. Let me just say I was so excited to work with Bellagala, after all we had a friend work there and he personally vouched for the company. Reviews looked great! Nobody had anything bad to say, however thinking back the only reviews I read were on their website. The DJ we booked was for our wedding. The biggest day of our life! We had a great process up until the week of the wedding where he didn't call when expected but rather emailed late Tuesday night. I didn't get the email until Wednesday morning and I emailed him back the time I wanted to speak that day (per his request because he was available ALL day according to his previous email) came and went. A few emails later he finally responded that "something came up". So now here we are two days before the wedding and we are talking music. DJ tells me what type of music to play and I disagree. He gets defensive. I agree to let him try his style but if nobody is dancing he is to move on. Pretty sure I know my guests the best but hey whatever, he's supposed to be the professional. We talk about fading the ceremony songs out because they are too long and I don't want it choppy and abruptly stopping and starting. DJ arrogantly tells me "I always fade". Come ceremony there was no fading but rather what I feared. An abrupt stop and start to the beautiful music I so tirelessly worked to find so it would be perfect for our big walks down the aisle. Sent in my survey after with no response. Turns out they never got it. Followed up by phone and it took them nearly two weeks before the could reach the DJ to ask his side- isn't it great their employees call back so timely? And was to be reissued a check for the devastating experience only they sent it to the wrong address even though I emailed them back immediately with the right address before it should have been sent out so of course first check was returned to sender, then the second check they sent out never arrived, so they went for the third attempt and I said I was done it should not take three weeks for a company to figure out how for reissue a check and worked out a way for money to be returned to a credit card. This review closes my chapter with this horrible company and I am glad to be done with them. Very horrible experience. I recommend getting a DJ not part of a large company- you don't know who or what you get and find someone in business for themselves that cares about what they play and how the perform. We had a great experience at Bellagala with our photographer. We originally made an appointment because we hard about a deal they were running, and wanted a quality, yet reasonable priced photographer and had not had any luck with the overabundance of amateur phtographers that are running around nowadays. We got a great deal on two photographers for 7 hours, who we were able to choose based on their portfolio work, so we knew we would like the photos. The best part of the deal is that we own all the photos after our event, and can use a lower cost photo company like Shutterfly to print our photos for albums. If you are looking for a place where the quality is going to be great, and the price competitive, Bellagala is for you. The people they contract with are extremely good at what they do, and they take the search out of your hands for you. read more

I wasn't super pleased with Bellagala. I wouldn't recommend them in the future. The business they run seems very dysfunctional. There were countless instances where it was very challenging to even get a hold of anyone. If you have any sort of question plan for several days to actually hear an answer. The employees seem to not really care about "customer service" very much. They gave me the impression like "your input is nice but we don't have time for you right now", and multiple times I was left with no help. For days at a time. They just simply didn't care about you and your wedding. To say the least, their customer service is terrible. Especially in the Post-Production department. There is one lady who was probably the worst person I've dealt with in regards to service. It was pretty bad. Don't get me wrong, our services were great. We were very pleased with our photographer, videographer and DJ. But I would definitely suggest to others to go through independent services rather than a company like Bellagala. It's much more beneficial to work with the photographer etc. directly. That's what I wish I would have done. read more

The Carlson Towers Rotunda has had good experiences with Bellagala since they first opened their doors. They offer many services to our brides and grooms and I have not had poor reviews from any of them. One of the things we appreciate about Bellagala is the fact they work with all budgets. That is hugely helpful for the busy bride. They are able to get all of their vendors booked using their budget, all in one appointment! *Warning! If you have a large venue or a multi-level venue make sure your DJ knows to use the vendors microphone when making annoucements. We had our reception on a riverboat from Stillwater Riverboats and everything was amazing, except for the DJ services. When booking I knew we had 4 levels and I wanted to make sure the DJ was aware of this and that they would be able to make annoucements that the whole boat would hear. I was told that yes that had done receptions on the boat before and they knew to use the vendor microphone. Well, flashforward to our reception and our DJ not only didn't use the vendor microphone but chose not to use it because "it wasn't as good of quality as hers" which meant that unless you were within 20 feet of the dance floor you had no idea when the first dance, garter toss, etc. were happening. My own mother ended up missing our first dance and father-daughter dance because the DJ refused to use the vendor microphone. My photographer and the manager on the boat even approached her and asked her to use it and still she did not. It was incredibly disappointing espessially since the reviews and ratings for Bellagala were so high and then to have a staff memeber that didn't live up to this was disheartening. We were told point blank that yes everyone would hear annoucements and she failed that make that happen. On top of all of this she was looking through our emails to find which songs we wanted played and had my now husband review songs before the mother-son dance because she was unsure of what song needed to be played even though we had sent the information earlier that week. Incredibly disappointing for such a highly reputable company. We were given a partial refund but it doesn't make up for my mother missing out on some amazing wedding moments. I would not recomend the company but if you do decide to go with them make sure they understand that they vendor microphone needs to be used. read more

Underwhelmed. I saw all of the glowing reviews on The Knot, but didn't do my research on other sites. They got all of the family shots we asked for, but that's about all that I was happy with. I got 16 shots of my place cards. I'm not kidding. And not a single shot of our place cards. We decided not to see each other before the ceremony so I know there wasn't a hour long photo shoot of more candid, non-posed, photos of the two of us. We got only three. I wish that had been communicated prior to the end of the wedding because I would have asked for more. We had a wonderful venue in a historic mansion and we hardly got any shots of those details. I'm seriously considering hiring another photographer and asking the venue to rent a few additional hours to get those pictures. I feel like for the money we spent I shouldn't have to do that. We went with Bellagala because of the convenience of not having to search through photographers, but now I really wish we did. They have an amazing sales team, those girls could sell snow to a polar bear. But after you sign the contracts, there isn't any follow up. No check in after the wedding to let you know when the pictures will be ready. read more
