    My beautiful nails
    Rebecca P.

I love this place. I will not get my nails done anywhere else. They are professional and courteous. It's clean and well lit in the building.

Diana is the best! Listened to what I wanted and all my little quirky requests! I'm kinda picky about my nails, it's the little things for me. She did my nails exactly how I wanted and made sure I was happy before leaving there. This is my third time here and I will definitely keep coming back! They also serve drinks which is nice if you partake, I don't but it seems like a thing. Pedicures popping too!

The shellac started peeling after a week and I noticed the nasty fungus.

After a week shellac started to peel and that is when I noticed the nastiness. I went and complained... the nail tech was kind (charged for the removal) and no refund or apology was given. I have been a long time customer and I am truly disappointed!

Only been few days and these two plus my thumb on other nail broke. $150 wasted

I used to go every 2 weeks but will not return...only one day after thumb nail broke and 2 days later 2 more on my right hand. I wasted $150 and I am so upset.

When i walked in i thought nothing special of it, only that they had a bar. I drink but not spending extra after spending on a pedicure. I asked for the basic pedicure and decided to get a french tip since i havent done it for over a year. They asked me if i want shellac but never mention its 20$ extra. I cant believe i spent 50$ on a pedicure. Its not even great of a job, very angry.

This is just one of the nicks. He got my foot good. I called the manager and someone answered and said they were a manager. I told her what was wrong and I guess then she put on a real manager. She offered to give me a discount the next time I came in, but the more nicks that surfaced the more I decoded I would never darken their doors again.

Three days after a $40 gel manicure and my nails started to chip. Not worth the cost or time.

My usual nail salon was backed up and I couldn't get in so I decided to try Bellagio based on a recommendation from a co-worker. It has a nice atmosphere and they were putting in a bar the day I was there or putting the finishing touches on it. I noticed they have chairs for kids to get pedicures which is nice if you're looking for something like that. They got me in right away but I have no idea the name of the man who did my nails because he didn't say a word to me. I had a French gel manicure done and he kept forgetting to turn on the UV light, I had to tell him a couple of times it wasn't on. I did have a sore spot on my pinkie from him filing but the pain went away after a couple of days. I went on a Thursday and was surprised how much more expensive they were compared to my usual nail salon especially since he spent very little time massaging my hands/arms. The manicure looked okay when he was done so I paid my $40 and left. On Saturday I noticed one of my nails had a chip and by the time I had an opportunity to go in and talk to them it was Monday and more nails had chipped. I didn't have the time to have them redo my nails that day so I made an appointment for Wednesday. When I arrived Wednesday I showed the man (again I don't know his name) how many of my nails had chipped and he said it had been a week. I corrected him saying they started chipping Saturday and even when I was there it hadn't been a week. (Gel manicures usually last 2-3 weeks for me.) He began filing my nails and it became obvious he was going to just paint over the old paint job and I protested saying that you don't paint over a bad base. He kept telling me he could fix it and it would be fine over the old manicure so I told him I didn't pay $40 for a manicure that doesn't even last a week or to have him paint over it. I finally got up and said I would just dispute the charges with my bank and leave a bad review. It was only at this point a woman (again no names given) stepped in and told me I don't need to get angry (?!) and they would fix it. She fixed it but was still combative with me saying I didn't need to get angry but I only got angry after they were refusing to fix it the right way. She did an okay job, I'm still not real happy with it as I have rough spots and bumps on the nail so it's definitely not worth $40 to me especially seeing that I had to argue to get it fixed correctly. You can also tell from the picture posted that I took on Saturday that my nail overall looked bad and it's not from a lack of care on my end. I put lotion on my hands all the time and work hard to take care of my manicure but this was a bad manicure from the start. I definitely won't be back and I can not recommend anyone go there.

Raymond texting while my mother is getting a pedicure.

I'm wasn't too pleased with my experience. You can have the nicest salon in the world, but if you have crappy customer service it's all for nothing. While my mom was trying to enjoy her 60 DOLLAR pedicure Mr. Raymond kept sending texts every 3 minutes. Listen I get we are connected to our phones every waking moment, but if your job is in the service industry then you must provide a great experience for the customer.

    Enjoying our pedicures at Bellagio!

I went to a different nail salon and they ruined my nails and then I came here and Cindy did an amazing job.
