This is our family's special place to go for our spa bonding time. I've come here to get my pedicures and eyebrows done. But most importantly I also bring my bonus daughter and bonus son here too. My bonus daughter likes to sit in the adult pedicure chair to get her kids pedicure done and also gets a manicure as well. My bonus son loves to come with us and sit in the kids panda chair for a kids pedicure. For the most part, everyone is wonderful with my kids! They do have kids chairs in the waiting area as well as pedicure chairs. However, they are all old and dated. But they do offer complimentary nonalcoholic drinks and the kids LOVE that this is the only time that they get to drink Dr. Pepper since they aren't usually allowed caffeinated drinks. We have only had one negative experience with an older gentleman who did my bonus daughter's pedicure once and was very impatient with her. When it comes to certain parts of the pedicure, it will tickle (she's 7 going on 8) and she will look at me and laugh and move just slightly but she's a tiny girl and it is easy to ask her to sit still and hold her foot in place and she will stop. However, he growled at me and goes, "Mom, help me out here and make her behave." He said that several times and was very rude. It made both my bonus daughter and I very uncomfortable. However, the next time that we came, we had great service with a sweet girl who worked on both of the kids and I pointed out the gentleman to her. Been in this salon about 5 times for pedicures. They all were not good as far as the polish on the nails. Extremely uneven texture and missing spots of nails. Today was the worst with very noticeable globs of polish and cuticles not trimmed. I came in with my stepdaughter and they purposely gave me a much older woman and she got the younger apparently more capable tech. I know because we couldn't decide on a seat and when I picked the wrong chair the older woman moved her things to my chair right away. I will never be back to this place and pay outrageous amounts for something I can clearly do better at home by myself. read more

Warm, welcoming environment, totally different from my first experience!! I remember the first time I came in to Bellagio and I was received by rude staff and it irked me so bad I left. Fast forward years later I figured I give it another chance after reading some reviews. My husband and I were welcomed and were seated right away to get pedicures! My usual nail salon was backed up and I couldn't get in so I decided to try Bellagio based on a recommendation from a co-worker. It has a nice atmosphere and they were putting in a bar the day I was there or putting the finishing touches on it. I noticed they have chairs for kids to get pedicures which is nice if you're looking for something like that. They got me in right away but I have no idea the name of the man who did my nails because he didn't say a word to me. I had a French gel manicure done and he kept forgetting to turn on the UV light, I had to tell him a couple of times it wasn't on. I did have a sore spot on my pinkie from him filing but the pain went away after a couple of days. I went on a Thursday and was surprised how much more expensive they were compared to my usual nail salon especially since he spent very little time massaging my hands/arms. The manicure looked okay when he was done so I paid my $40 and left. On Saturday I noticed one of my nails had a chip and by the time I had an opportunity to go in and talk to them it was Monday and more nails had chipped. I didn't have the time to have them redo my nails that day so I made an appointment for Wednesday. When I arrived Wednesday I showed the man (again I don't know his name) how many of my nails had chipped and he said it had been a week. I corrected him saying they started chipping Saturday and even when I was there it hadn't been a week. (Gel manicures usually last 2-3 weeks for me.) He began filing my nails and it became obvious he was going to just paint over the old paint job and I protested saying that you don't paint over a bad base. He kept telling me he could fix it and it would be fine over the old manicure so I told him I didn't pay $40 for a manicure that doesn't even last a week or to have him paint over it. I finally got up and said I would just dispute the charges with my bank and leave a bad review. It was only at this point a woman (again no names given) stepped in and told me I don't need to get angry (?!) and they would fix it. She fixed it but was still combative with me saying I didn't need to get angry but I only got angry after they were refusing to fix it the right way. She did an okay job, I'm still not real happy with it as I have rough spots and bumps on the nail so it's definitely not worth $40 to me especially seeing that I had to argue to get it fixed correctly. You can also tell from the picture posted that I took on Saturday that my nail overall looked bad and it's not from a lack of care on my end. I put lotion on my hands all the time and work hard to take care of my manicure but this was a bad manicure from the start. I definitely won't be back and I can not recommend anyone go there. read more

Great salon! I've been going here since moving here about 4 years ago! I will not go anywhere else in town. Everything is sterilized and clean. New massaging seats are great. They just added a bar which is fabulous and great to enjoy and relax. The service is always great, there can sometimes be a wait but they work as fast as possible but still work to ensure the quality is good. If you gotta wait, now you can have a drink while you wait. For one the guy doing my nails constantly kept getting up to take phone calls on his cell phone, he kept looking around while filing my nails, was paying little attention to the work he was doing on me. My nails came out okay I was satisfied until the next day I noticed 2 of them were a bit lumpy. I still left a tip cause like I said I was satisfied with my set, to a certain extent & they gave me a complimentary margarita (I love margaritas especially free ones) & I understand they were short staffed but don't give a shitty service because of that, your charging customers full price even when your not giving them the best service they deserve. I had been a faithful client to Bellagio for almost 3 years. I had never had a bad experience up until about 1 month ago. I went in just for a shellac manicure. I had chose a turquoise color that looked very bright on the sample, but once it was on my nails it was a different color and the shellac was very lumpy and uneven. Long story short, I told the nail tech that I didn't like my nails and that I wanted the color off. After this the tech obviously got mad, she started soaking my nails with acetone so she could take the shellac off. After a few minutes, she was legit pulling hard on my fingers to take the foil & acetone off, and she also nicked like 2 of my cuticles. After she got done with that she brought me 2 other turquoise colors, i told her I didn't want turquoise, that I wanted a pink color since it would be darker. Again, she stormed off to grab the shellac sample colors and literally threw them at me, she almost hit me in the face with them (since I was sitting and she was standing). After I picked the color which was just pink glitter, she went to go grab it. Apart from the glitter color I chose she also had an ugly copper red color with her. She kept explaining that she wanted to layer the color because the glitter would be see through. I told her 3 times that I didn't care, that I just wanted the glitter, and guess what she did. Added the ugly red color with the hot pink glitter. I was so upset at this point that I didn't even care. I paid and didn't leave her a tip and of course once again she stormed off angry and on to the next customer. This was a horrible experience and after this I will NEVER go back!! read more

When they finally finished I asked if they could dry my nail polish and they said that was only for shellac. Worst place I've ever been to. They screwed up the last time I went with my husband and parents. They cut my husbands feet and mine were disgusting and peeling the next day. My nails also came off the next day. Well yesterday I decided to give another chance after being invited by family. Once again, my nails we're screwed up, my husband got his toes painted for fun and that came out messy as well. The nail tech who did my manicure didn't clean my nails, didn't push back my cuticles, didn't buff the nails before applying the tips. She just started putting on tips. And then while she was grinding the tips she got up and went and sat down in a room across from me and started eating. I understand y'all are human and need to eat. But don't start somebody's nails and leave in the middle of doing them!!! Or at least say "hey I will be back, we've had a long day and I need an opportunity to eat" and I would've been just fine. Not just disappear. That's ridiculous. The nail job was very messy and uneven. The pedicures we got were even worse with his paint job and also they don't massage anything like they say they do. They just rub the top of your legs and put pressure on your foot. I'm going up there today to get my nails fixed and this is the last chance I can give to this company before I never go there again. read more

I went here today with an appointment for a manicure and pedicure at 2:30. My pedicure went smoothly but when it was time to do my nails the man doing my pedicure told me to wait in my chair and left to start doing another customers nails. I didn't understand why I was waiting since I had made the required appointment but I waited nonetheless for about 25 minutes until a woman approached me and said she'd be right with me. I had acrylics put on the day previous by my friend who is a new practicing nail tech but I ended up not liking them and wanted a new set for my birthday tomorrow and I let her know this in advance so she could proceed to soak them off. She took out a blank acrylic nail and nail clippers and told me "this might hurt a little" I was utterly confused as she proceeded to cut into my acrylic nails with the clippers and used the acrylic nail to rip them off. It was so painful and I was flinching so hard but she did not stop. I do realize I should've spoken out but I'm very shy and was so uncomfortable that I did not know how. She ripped them all off and took part of my actual pinky nail off. I told her just to clean my cuticles and give me a clear coat because I was on the verge of tears. I went out to the car and cried my eyes out and my boyfriend went in to complain and the woman hardly gave any grievances but refunded me for the manicure. I do not recommend. read more

I came here to get my eyebrows waxed as it's my usual place. However, I will NOT be back. As I tried to pay, the staff started having issues with their credit card machine. After demanding I pay in cash-which I didn't have because, well, who carries cash anymore-the older lady became really agitated and started acting like I was trying not to pay them (even though they had my debit card in hand). After arguing for a few more minutes about my lack of cash, and even showing the woman the inside of my wallet, she pointed and demanded I sit and wait until a repair man could come fix their machine. My child has a game tonight, and I have better things to do than sit and wait for a repair man over $10. I offered to send the money via PayPal, asked about the nearest ATM, everything I could think of but nothing was satisfying that woman. I had been going to this salon for manicure and pedicures for several months and always had gentle pedicures that didn't involve any pain. My last pedicure was terrible. The employee dug into the corners so roughly I had to jerk my foot back more than once. When he cut the nail with the clippers it caused the nail to crack down the middle. The rough treatment has now caused an ingrown toenail and now I need a trip to the podiatrist. I will not be returning. And I've also experienced the cell phone use as another poster mentioned. Another time the employee sang to the radio the whole time while giving me a manicure. Not a bad voice but not what I came for. I dont mean to be sexist but all my bad experiences were by the male employees. Lesson learned...I'll go back to doing my own nails. read more
