A group of girlfriends and I went to Bellamia Spa, and three out of four of us were disappointed with our experience. We would not go back or recommend it to others. Three of our masseuses/aestheticians were 10-15 minutes late (even though we were 15 minutes early, as requested by the spa). Since there were no changing rooms, that meant we were taken back to our room, left there for another 5-7 minutes to change, then started the service. Despite the employees being late, our services still ended early or on time. When my friend brought this up to the front desk, she was offered $5 off... not enough, in my opinion, if you paid for a 60 minute massage but got less than 45 minutes. As for the service itself, it was one of the most lackluster facials I've had. There was nothing relaxing about the room. The aesthetician would put a hot towel over my face for what felt like five minutes at a time (multiple times), while she presumably sat there in silence (I've had aestheticians do a warm towel wrap before while they mix a mask, but never just sat there). And she never explained what her process was, so I constantly felt like the service was about to end and could never really relax. Given the price point of this spa, I expected a lot more. read more

The Bellamia Spa is right across the street from Campbell's Resort. The spa has a very soothing atmosphere and the staff was unfailingly polite. I had a scrub and it was great, scrub, shower, and body butter....amazing. There person who did my scrub was fun and I really enjoyed talking with her. The spa is on the second floor of a building without an elevator so if your or anyone in your party has a problem with stairs that would be a problem. read more

The Bellamia Spa was the perfect addition to a girls get away. Not only were the staff accommodating, they were attentive and knowledgeable. While the place was small compared to other spas I have gone to, it was clean and had the perfect ambiance. Definitely recommend while in Chelan! read more

I had a great experience at this spa. Robin did my massage and she's very professional and she did an awesome job! The place is small and they were friendly but I paid a premium price and it should have come with extra perks such as robes, slippers and a quiet room for relaxing. Oh my. Oh my. What an absolute treat. Anytime you are in Chelan go to Bellamia and ask for Vivian. She is incredible. Best salt scrub and reflexology I have ever had. The spa is lovely. Very private. Staff are very nice. My experience was ok, but not something I would rave about. I had the Seaweed Body Mask, Hot Stone Massage, and Reflexology. The Seaweed Solution was painted on with a brush and rapidly turned cold. I was hoping to be wrapped in warm damp towels so the mask would have time to absorb and do it's magic, but was wrapped up in the cold sheets I was laying on instead. After 10 mins I was sent to the shower to wash it off. Sadly, I was disappointed. I am not confident it was much of a benefit. The Hot Stone Massage was good, would have liked to had more of that. The Reflexology was unimpressive. My massage therapist was very respectful, but young and perhaps a little inexperienced. So, try it. Be specific when communicating what you want or would like to have happen while you are visiting. read more

I cannot recommend Bellamia Massage enough. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. My massage therapist, Morgan, was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable.
