When my friend brought this up to the front desk, she was offered $5 off... not enough, in my opinion, if you paid for a 60 minute massage but got less than 45 minutes. As for the service itself, it was one of the most lackluster facials I've had. There was nothing relaxing about the room. The aesthetician would put a hot towel over my face for what felt like five minutes at a time (multiple times), while she presumably sat there in silence (I've had aestheticians do a warm towel wrap before while they mix a mask, but never just sat there). And she never explained what her process was, so I constantly felt like the service was about to end and could never really relax. Given the price point of this spa, I expected a lot more.

My nails were done by Lizbeth and she was super friendly, professional, and did a wonderful job on my nails! I really liked her. She made sure all of my nails were even and looked beautiful.
