I walked on to the yard and was refused entry because it was too hot and the owner "was not doing that". I said I wanted to look at some tile and I pointed about 10 feet away from me and he told me no. So I left and he didnt care or come out on to the yard or anything. If the 1st week in June at 9:30am is too hot have you been here at 3pm in August?. Last year, I went and found a sample I wanted to buy and was told no they only take cash for $7 sample (sorry I rarely have $ but today i made sure i did). I offered my debit or credit card and I offered to buy multiples he still said no. He took the tile out of my hand and said no. Three years earlier we went and had decent service there was a lot of upselling and we ended going somewhere else. We went back for something we saw but they were all out (not there fault). I do not know why they did not want my business today and if they refuse service all summer how are they staying open?

When asked if he planned on returning he replied via text two hours later with the following, "I did make it to your house this morning, but you give half of my contract to someone else, just give them the whole contract. I don't share my contracts with others. Thanks Roman." I asked if he can explain what he was referring to because I had only been working with him. He never replied or explained his reasoning for abandoning the agreement of the job. I believe he had me confused with another client or possibly inebriated when we discussed what needed to be done. He could've called me like a gentleman/ professional and explained his concerns or uncertainties. I rated his review as poor for the following reasons; abandonment, no communication , poor customer service and lack of respect for costumer.
