This review is based on 4 interactions over that last few years. 2025, It is 85 degrees at 9.30am in June. I walked on to the yard and was refused entry because it was too hot and the owner "was not doing that". I said I wanted to look at some tile and I pointed about 10 feet away from me and he told me no. So I left and he didnt care or come out on to the yard or anything. If the 1st week in June at 9:30am is too hot have you been here at 3pm in August?. Last year, I went and found a sample I wanted to buy and was told no they only take cash for $7 sample (sorry I rarely have $ but today i made sure i did). I offered my debit or credit card and I offered to buy multiples he still said no. He took the tile out of my hand and said no. Three years earlier we went and had decent service there was a lot of upselling and we ended going somewhere else. We went back for something we saw but they were all out (not there fault). I do not know why they did not want my business today and if they refuse service all summer how are they staying open?

We talked the sales rep, Nehad Estafanous, and she said that she didn't know we wanted those. Although the installer said those were necessary to prevent the quartz from breaking in the future. Nehad said that they were planning to use the old wood support piece to lay the quartz on top, and that we should have known we needed it before it was removed. The old piece of wood would be showings about 5 inches below the quartz, and it's 21 years old!!! She refused to eat the cost of bars or installation. Not to mention that the installer was always late or didn't show up for measurements. Horrible customer service.
