The structure is extremely strong, it flows with the rest of the house, and best of all, it really feels like I just got an additional 480 square feet of living space. I was very particular to get good workmanship, so I interviewed three good, local builders. I recognized Pete Tovar's deep knowledge of the trade, but what I really like was that he dealt with me like I would deal with somebody - Yes, he brought the expertise but also a lot of respect and a commitment to do the job like his name was on it. And he offered the best price as well. When construction time came, he was right there going over the materials and supervising his workers closely. I took care of the design and the permit, so we had to work together on that and he had to deal with my little quirks and looking over his shoulder, and I have to say, he saved my bacon by correcting a couple of things that were wrong with the plans. An email reply from him indicated his crews got busy preparing projects for possible rain . His EMAIL indicted they be out on Friday bot the following Monday . I explained that I cleared off the deck which is on the second floor and all that stuff was in our living room . And we had weekend plans . He replied via email to be out on Monday . Numerous times asking for him to CALL ME . HE NEVER DID CALL ME . Soooo here we are on Monday . NOBODY CAME BY .. NOBODY CALLED . At 4pm today I had to call his office and leave a voice message wondering what happened . Asking that he CALL ME to come up with a new plan . About an hour later he sent me an email advising me that he's CANCELLED MY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT . Well thank you very much .. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE .
