Prior to booking I called to discuss pick-up and how it would work. They promised me that we could pick everything up the night before so that the event could run smoothly. They told me that they would reach out to coordinate a pick-up from their warehouse. I did not hear back from them. I reached out again just days before the event and was once again told that I needed to wait for their warehouse to reach out to me. On the day that I was supposed to do the pick-up I was told a range of "probably" 5-8 p.m. I arrived at 5:45 and no one was there. I called them (the person on the phone sounded annoyed, how dare I want this information....) and was told that they were leaving Tampa and I would get a call when they were almost there so that I could come pick everything up. I waited and waited and waited and never got a call. I called pack and went to voicemail. My event started the following morning at 8 a.m., at 9:15 I got a call from a very kind receptionist who had no idea what had happened. Truly, avoid this company at all costs. They are incredibly unreliable and will lie directly to your face.
