We stayed with Bella's Home Cleaning for five months and discontinued their services in Dec 2022. I found the cleaning inconsistent and lacking with different workers every month. We had 5,000 square feet of damaged wood floor removed from our home and replaced with Luxury Vinyl Plank. The amount of sawdust in our home after the demo was absolutely indescribable, almost like a glitter bomb had gone off - except with dust. Clearly the amount of mess and the size of the home was going to be far more than my husband and I could handle ourselves. I reached out to Bella's cleaning service for help. I called her on a Friday, she came out the following day personally to assess the house and to schedule the crew she would need to get the job done correctly. Monday at 9:00am she and her crew of 5 arrived on time as scheduled and they got right to work - I might add that Bella herself cleaned right alongside her crew. They cleaned the house literally from top to bottom, even ceilings and light fixtures! They were an absolute pleasure to have in my home, all of them were friendly, personable, professional and truly worked tirelessly to ensure things were perfect. I am very happy with the service I had, the attention to detail was amazing, the workers that came were extremely professional and were even kind to my kids that found it funny to try and distract them . They showed up right on time and went through what was included and what I was looking for. They also were able to schedule something quickly for me. I had been asking around in my neighborhood for a referral for cleaners. My husband and I were looking for both hiring for a deep cleaning and also potentially for a month to month cleaning. None of my neighbors found anyone who they really liked so I consulted my good associate and colleague, Yelp. I was able to start a conversation with five different cleaning services nearby. They all gave me a quote within reason. I was drawn to Bella's for their great Yelp reviews I read, great rating, and also very fair price. It was very easy to book with them. They had a lot of availability and flexibility. They also send you a few different confirmations and call you ahead of time to see if you have any questions. You can get a deep cleaning but you can also add onto it if you want, for example your refrigerator, microwave cleaned, or in our case we have a 9 foot window/sliding doors that we wanted washed. I like the availability of having add-ons. We won't do it every time, but we definitely needed it in this case. All together, for a 2000 square-foot home it cost about $300 plus another $35 for the window doors. I thought that was very fair. She accepts payments via Venmo, Zelle, and I'm assuming cash too. Overall, my husband and I were looking for cleaners for a very long time and we were beyond happy with the results. Annabella, who owns the company was there herself with who I assumed to be her son, also Yvonne was there and everyone did an incredible job. I asked ahead and they are licensed and bonded. We originally had them out to clean a house we were selling after we had some flooring installed that covered everything in dust. They did an amazing job for a reasonable price, even cleaning things the cleaners we'd hired previously had missed. We hired them to clean our new home and went with the 3 hours for $90 package. I had assumed that meant they'd do what they could in 3 hours and then leave. Instead the cleaner was here for 7.5 hours. While she was very nice and did a great job she was extremely slow. It really should have taken max 5 hours to clean everything she cleaned. She was in her late 50s/early 60s so it wasn't surprising that she worked so slowly (nearly 3 hours to clean my kitchen without doing dishes or cleaning inside anything) but I also don't feel like I should have to pay extra because someone works at a slower pace. So overall I'd definitely recommend them for larger move in/out type cleaning jobs but not for personal cleaning. read more

I was very happy with Yvonne, the young lady who came and cleaned my home. She was thorough and everything was very nice when she left. As for the cost I tried to let them know even though I had a 3-bedroom house I only wanted 1 of those bedrooms cleaned. I was charged more than a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom house and I think that's because I didn't press on just the 1 bedroom needing the cleaning. I talked to them about a possible monthly cleaning and once I made that clear they dropped the price down to what it should be.
