I explained to them (as well as submitted pictures) we just…read moredemoed/replaced tile in our home and needed a deep clean in the kitchen (no appliances) counters-drawers and cabinets inside and out, the den, front room, pantry as well as the entry from the garage due to the dust. Although a few cabinets were cleaned amazingly well, there were more areas missed or items not moved but dusted around, and several cabinets and drawers totally missed. I explained when I signed up for their service the area was large and would they be sending more than one person to which I was told no, just one, and they were more than able/competent to complete the job. When I contacted Elite after the job via text, I was under the assumption that they guarantee their work. Apparently not because they wanted to charge me an additional $97 for two more hours for them to come back out and clean what was missed/ignored. This was the first time we ever had our home cleaned by "professionals" and it will be the last. Why would I pay Elite additional monies when they state on their site they "guarantee" their work?! They should have honored their guarantee and returned to fix what was missed/skipped. If they cant do it right the first time, why would I believe they would do it right the second. Not impressed with the final outcome of this entire experience. I can not recommend this company in good faith, they do NOT guarantee their work performance as stated on their site.
