It is a big job, my home is 3 levels, and 360 Painting was hired to complete the work on the upper two levels (a second story, and some gables). Things started off well. The crew was here at my house most days. By the end of the first summer, my second level was mostly completed. Thing slowed down a bit during year two, the second level was completed, and work began on the 3rd level gables. During year three, the crew only showed up for a very small handful of days. I communicated with Sarah through email that I was expecting far more work to be done during year four. She stated that they would begin work as soon as the ground was firm enough for work to begin. However, the crew did not show up at all during the year of 2020, and no further communication was sent. Therefore, I'm sure that they are likely fine for smaller jobs, I would strongly recommend looking for a significantly more reliable company to complete more difficult projects.

They even came back extra times to ensure the knockdown pattern matched the existing ceiling, and drove back to Midland immediately to adjust the color of the paint to ensure it matched. The project grew to painting the whole room, and some additional touch up to a small crack in our cathedral ceiling and living room walls. The added work for the cathedral ceiling required scaffolding which added to the quote, but then Matt adjusted that additional amount DOWN since we could leave the scaffolding in place for a couple of days. Bottom line is their price was reasonable, they were professional in their work and behavior, and I'm happy to recommend them.

Then, a few weeks ago, I started hearing an animal in my house and rather than pay fortune to try to catch it, I called Barnes to see if we could just make sure there was no opening on the roof. Bob came out immediately, went over the whole roof and everything is solid but he also went around the whole house and found a spot in the soffit where a squirrel might get in. He sealed that up for me and have not heard a sound in the two weeks since. THANK YOU for such amazing customer service!!!
