We were spending a weekend near Swansboro, and since it was rainy weather, she decided that we would not go kayaking, as I wanted, but would go shopping! I don't mind it, really. Sometimes you come across a really great find at these little shops. We didn't purchase anything at this particular store, but I was more than a little impressed with this shop. It was very unassuming from the outside, but the interior told a different story. They have some very nice quality furniture and appliances, and all kinds of trinkets, clocks, fine china, etc. All in all, not a bad consignment shop at all. Especially when you compare it to many others that simply sell garbage. Check it out. You never know what you'll find.

I love popping in to shop for my boys or snag some fun seasonal home goods--it's like a little adventure every time. The ladies who work here are total gems--so sweet, always cheerful, and they make the whole place feel extra welcoming. She walks over near the register and talks loudly almost yelling at me that they close in four minutes. I told her that the time online said they close at 5:30 and it says that on Yelp too. She said that it was incorrect. I told her if I knew they were closing I would have never came in. I had my young daughter with me. This could be very triggering for a victim of domestic violence. Her demeanor was hostile and aggressive. It did not feel like a safe and welcoming space. As for the value their prices are going up. I cannot in good faith recommend this establishment.
