The stylist, while knowledgeable and initially reassuring, delivered a very underwhelming result. The cut was basic, with no products used, and the styling was unacceptable. I don't believe anyone should have to pay that much to walk out with a style that felt incomplete. In fact, the service level here feels no better than a budget chain salon, despite luxury pricing. I've had warmer, better experiences elsewhere. While I can't speak to their intentions, it felt as though the lack of care implied they only value certain clientele.
