When I told him he was a service dog and that he warns me when I'm going to have a seizure. The man said" well I'm sure he's more of an emotional support animal, don't let him down on the floor." I'm not angry but these people need to understand the rules of the ADA when it comes to service animals and what you can and cannot say to a disabled person who has one.

Plenty of rolling/ hanging garment baskets. Some families allow their children to run around the facility with them.
