First, neither suit was ready when he said they would be. He had them for an extra week and he had not work on them until the day I went to pick them up. Second, he did not tailor the sleeves correctly, they were uneven. Third, the pant legs were not as I wanted them to be. He kept telling me the style is to have no break, but I told him that is not my style and I wanted them to break. I also asked him to taper the legs and he said it was not needed. Well, when I went to get the pants for one of the suits (the other pants were completely messed up...more to follow) the hem was too high and the legs were too baggy. He lowered the hem but not enough (as I told him to do) and he did taper the legs. Fourth and worst of all...he switched my pants with those of another customer and tailored them to his measurements. That customer is shorter than me. He tried to correct his mistake. But when I went back to get the pants the hem was too high and he had let out the waist and seat a ridiculous amount. I see what he did was let the seat out as much as possible so the hem line would be lower. I had to have him take in the waste and lower the hem the maximum amount possible. The hem line is still slightly too short but there is nothing he could do because he cut the material when he hemmed them for the shorter customer. And also the seat is so low it rubs against my inner things. I should have demanded he pay for the suit he ruined but I was so tired of waiting for it and I needed it that I just paid him. It took three trips and over a month to get my suits from him. Worst of all is he charged me full price for the alternations, even on the pants he messed up. Luis is a nice man but he rushes and does not listen to when the customer wants. Sadly, I don't recommend his tailoring services at all. I know others who are satisfied with him but I was very disappointed by his work and professionalism.

He has done all types of alterations for me, I am a petit person so every winter coat I've gotten the sleeves are always super long. Unlike other tailors, Reza takes the time to do it right! Instead of shortening the sleeve he starts at the shoulder which means tedious work. It always turns out perfect! He has also fixed couple of my husband's suits that were ill fitting and now they fit perfect! Recently he custom made a sports coat for my husband. Unfortunately, my second experience with the exact same item was disappointing. When I picked up my comforter, I noticed small specks of lint scattered across it. I brought this to the manager's attention, and while she insisted she personally handled my item and attempted to remove the lint, that explanation didn't align with the final result. If the issue couldn't be resolved, I should have been notified before leaving--not after I had to point it out myself. I did receive a refund, which I appreciate, but I genuinely wanted this to work. It seemed like the manager had already made up her mind that nothing further could be done, and there was no real effort to try to resolve the issue. At that point, I simply asked for my item back so I could take it somewhere that handles items with more care and attention to detail. It honestly made me question whether my comforter was mixed in with others during the process, especially since I take great care in maintaining it, including regularly steam disinfecting it at home. What was also frustrating was that instead of focusing on my concern, the manager began explaining how other customers' items can come in, as if I was expected to sympathize. My only concern was the condition of my item. Based on this experience, I would recommend keeping it simple here--stick to everyday dry cleaning. Based on my own experience--and that of my wife--Hyun can do anything with a piece of clothing. I will be specific with my own experience. I had lost almost thirty pounds and took several suits, a military mess dress uniform, and a tuxedo to her for alterations. She carefully pinned up the clothing items as I stood there modeling them. When I got them back, they were as if custom made for me. She is that good. She charges around $165 to totally re-make a man's suit, and I consider that a bargain. These were nice clothes, wool in all cases, and she gave them new life. Be aware that she does not take credit cards, though she will take a personal check. Payment in advance, which is perfectly reasonable. When she retires, which may not be too far in the future, I don't know what we will do.
