Park around the area and once you paid for your items show your receipt to the workers in the yard. They will pick up your order via the forklift and drive it to your cars trunk or open bed pick up. They will deliver of course for big ticket items. Great prices and good quality materials for the money. Remember, you may save a little buying similar items from big building material companies, but they sell quality items here, you will pay a little more but the end product is worth it, trust me.

They also have a huge storage area in the basement so you can reserve your fixtures months in advance before pickup. We made a 1/2 down payment so the price would remain the same or better when we went to pick it up. They will only charge you the current price if you don't make a down payment. So if it goes up, you're at a loss. They have a display area for the bulbs too, so you can see the level of brightness and whiteness/yellowness you're looking for. Their bulbs are all LED's now. They have a wide variety of fixtures and a wide variety of price ranges so it's easy for someone on a budget to find something suitable too. We got lucky and picked out four fixtures (two ceiling fans and two chandeliers) and bulbs prior to prices increasing the following month. When we went back to pick up the fixtures a few months later we saved several hundred dollars by having put 1/2 down. We could not be happier with how everything turned out! Happy shops!

They are completely transparent about the materials they carry and they categorize everything appropriately. Marble is marble. Hard marble is exactly that - hard marble. Quartzite is quartzite. Unfortunately some other Long Island stone suppliers sometimes refer to hard marble as quartzite and in the end, the fabricator and their client gets hurt because they are left with countertops that underperform.
