I have been going to this pharmacy for years. They are constantly professional,pleasant,friendly and knowledgeable I can't think of any reason to go anywhere else. "Lisandro" or however you spell his name wasted my whole day and lied to me about a medicine being in stock , when my doctor sent it a few hours later .. all of a sudden they don't have that medicine, very unprofessional especially when dealing with clients daily medicines .. Horrible customer service constantly a problem didn't want to help me with my 10-year-old daughter that was sick when I'm handicap and I'm supposed to get deliveries on time for my medication always is an issue Money. I've been going to the pharmacy for a little over two years and you're still nonstop problem don't bring your business here. read more

The pharmacist is very nice, she goes above and beyond. Even staying a few minutes pass closing time to ensure we got our prescription. They are always fully stocked. They have a wide selection of items, including baby items and the price is always competitive. I'm so grateful this local pharmacy that provides excellent service. read more

The worst ever and a pharmacy like that doesn't even deserve a 1. That pharmacist who is also the owner running the place can be the rudest when you least expect it and to see this from a mom-and-pop store is disgusting and inexcusable. I kept getting overcharged on my prescription insurance co-pays which apparently got fixed in the beginning due to a mix up with someone else's discount card, only to come around once again, and to only hear excuses and stories about how "Oh it's the computers that sometimes mix things up." Really? Like computers just have minds of their own and aren't used and controlled by people? I've never heard of that anywhere and I had to show them proof of my prescription insurance statement. The counter person was announcing out loud to the pharmacist that I didn't want to pay the 4 dollars when my co-pay was only supposed to be 77 cents. Like I'm that stupid? After insisting on speaking to pharmacist when being told that "she will just tell you the same thing", the pharmacist only kept repeating the same story mixed with "I don't know. I wasn't here yesterday" all with these garbage excuses. She even shrugged her shoulders at me after I told her I've never heard of or come into anything like this before. None of that makes any sense and any business owner handling people's prescriptions is responsible for overseeing co-pay charges and that they get done correctly. Very unprofessional and not right. I'll never trust that place again and though it's not personal, it was very clear that they didn't really want my business and didn't want to be bothered. Pretty darn moody and temperamental and you will only get aggravation from there. Something about the way that place is run isn't kosher. Even corporate pharmacy chain stores in the midst of so much runaround and other incompetence always had my co-pays right and I thought this would be better. Pitiful. Given the sloppy oversight and record keeping with my co-pays getting over billed and mixed in another person's discount card, I could have gotten the wrong medication which fortunately didn't happen. But in adherence with a friend's advice for my own protection and given that I honestly don't trust the pharmacist or any of the staff there, I called the store to tell them I don't want to do business with them anymore, that I have my reasons and good reasons, and to please get rid of my personal information from their file. It's amazing how they don't even try to keep customers or offer any apologies for a poor experience and gave me that same kind of uncaring and cold response saying, "That's fine. No problem. I'll let the pharmacist know and we'll take care of that." They could act on that with no problem instead of doing the right thing to begin with? They didn't even want to know what my problem was. That was pretty disturbing and upsetting too and only shows the disregard for patrons. It's irresponsible. Take your business elsewhere to one of the other numerous mom-and-pop pharmacies in the area. No business can survive without customers and given the pattern I have seen of other equally poor reviews from before, I can see that I'm not alone in this. The free market economy is ultimately driven by the choices we make as consumers and the types of businesses that we will support. read more

They get a 2 because they deliver but even that is an issue . They'll tell me my medications are out for delivery than call me back telling me they have it in the pharmacy because there's a copay. Last time they delivered my medication to the wrong house !!! . They seem to hire kids fresh out of high school or who are still in high school.... So basically there seems to be zero communication. Don't even get me started on the hold time.. last time I was on hold for 12 minutes !!! read more

Can't seem to produce a receipt that can be sent to the insurance company. Had to buy crutches after a trip and fall, and the best they can produce is a list of what was charged, but not what was purchased. Useless piece of paper. Terrible customer service, too. She got quite nasty with me over the phone when I said that such a receipt would be necessary for reimbursement, and that, given the type of business it is, this sort of thing is quite standard. I understand it's a Mom & Pop, but really? In this day and age? Will never do business with them again, and will always recommend friends and family to go elsewhere. read more

They are very understanding and help communicate with the insurance. When it comes to over the counter medications they provide and vitamins they are very knowledgeable and will help you if need be read more

This is my absolute favorite pharmacy. The customer service from both the attendants and the pharmacists are superb. They go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of. The store is magnific looking as well as kept up. It's wonderful to still have smaller neighborhood pharmacies that treat you like family. read more

horrible. everytime i go there i feel unwelcomed. they never have my scripts ready on time i have to literally call my doc to verbally remind them to get my prescriptions ready. I wont be using them as my phamacy anymore unfortunately. read more
