The owner is extremely combative. Based on my personal experience, make sure to NEVER bring the items you care about to this place. If they damage it, they will not take any responsbility for it WHILE being degrading, slanderous, and simply just a bully. The owner never thought to apologize even once, instead, he yelled, screamed, and complained about going to them for responsibility for damaged goods. The situation is long so I will leave this review here with a screenshot of the message I received after their insurance had settled the situation and I went to pick up my item.

I wasn't sure if it was possible to get the stains out but figured I'd leave it to professionals. When I got it back, my jaw dropped. It looked good as new, no stains and even whiter than I had ever seen it. Service was extremely professional, quick, and easy. Left the clothes with them for a few days and they held it for a few days until I had time to pick it up. They have my business for the foreseeable future.

This is the absolute simplest alteration that was somehow botched. I also brought in a $1700 Herno jacket to get the sleeves shortened. The owner was confident he would be able to shorten the sleeves. I come to pick up the jacket and it looks worse than before I brought it in. The work on both sleeves was uneven, the stitching was crooked, and the worst part is, because the material was cut, I can't even go to another tailor to fix his mistake. This jacket was irreparably botched. I brought in 3 items--two pairs of pants and a jacket--NONE of the pieces were altered correctly. Your clothes are better off not coming here. There is a very nice man that has been there every time that I have been there. (Whether it be early in the AM or after work). It appears that he is the owner. He does an excellent job, and seems to really value his customers. I typically drop off my stuff in the morning before work and is always available the next day after work. He charges a very cheap (at least in my opinion) at $1.50 a dress shirt. Definitely worth giving a shot. Especially to support this friendly small business owner.
