The gas was half filled when I picked up the van and they said they don't fill it since there's no gas station on site. I was renting through this rental car company after having a good experience with them years ago. I was in an accident with my vehicle that seats 8 and they gave me a van that seats 7. It also felt as if the car needed power steering fluid added to it. Reaching them via their phones is hard as I tried calling on three different occasions and when they did pickup they weren't very helpful. Recommend renting at another rental company.

I got no words in response just a empty look of "what the F should I say to this guy". Mold in the shower all over (see photo) The carpet needs to be replaced I've tripped on it many of times. (See photo, just one area of many) I asked to cancel my night and get my money back but the female at the front desk said they can't refund me. Stay away from this place.

I liked that I had a table & chairs in my room. Some of the people staying there seemed a bit Sketchy but I didn't have any problems and the hotel was quiet the whole time I was there. The manager said that they were in the process of remolding (6/23). I'm not in that area often but I would stay there again. I didn't take any pictures

The room on the other hand was small and cramped. We had about 2-3 feet on each side of the bed to walk around. If we would have had full size suitcases, we would need to do hurdles. Simply no place to put anything. There was luggage rack/stand to use, but it was broken. Even the toiletries were tiny and insufficient for a 2 day stay for 2 people. The small toilet/shower combo, while it had a nice shower had a toilet was right next to the wall, was crooked and if anyone "of size" tried to use it, it would have been very difficult. Fortunately my wife and I are slim. The towel hook was coming off the bathroom door. Microwave was sticky and had not been properly cleaned. We would not come back here again.
